Our guide in the Guggenheim, Agur, was outstanding. I don’t know if she had an art degree but she knew everything about all the exhibits and the artists. My big problem was with Viatour itself. We were told to meet in front of the Guggenheim Museum. we were very disappointed that we were not met at the port. We could not find our guide. I did not have her phone number. She did not call me. I had to send another message to Viatour asking where the guide was. They finally told me her name and where to meet. Which was not the meeting point originally determined. Viatour really has to get their act together.
