Picture yourself riding through the vineyards and olive groves, exploring the medieval traditions of Bevagna while having an espresso in a Roman amphitheater. Stop for a picture along with the amazing scenery of the cycle path Assisi-Spoleto. Pedal the Valle Umbra on an easy and accessible ride, ideal for foodies and outdoor lovers. We will take you to our friend’s farmhouse for an authentic homemade Italian lunch, cooked by Mama Doriana, on a beautiful veranda facing a pool immersed in a centenary olive grove. This is a real farm-to-table experience, as all you are going to taste here, has been produced directly on the farm. Organic, tasty, homemade, simple. Itinerary
Upon arrival at our bike store, we will begin the bike fitting and the route briefing before starting our adventure.
Ride through the beautiful medieval town of Bevagna, before stopping at the main square for a coffee break.
We will ride through the Greenways Assisi- Spoleto for approx 10 km / 6 miles to reach the town of Cannara, known for the history of Saint Francis and also for the production of the famous Onion of Cannara. Along the way, your guide will give you plenty of insights and time for pictures.
We will take you to our friend’s farmhouse for an authentic homemade Italian lunch, cooked by Mama Doriana, on a rustic farmhouse. This is a real farm-to-table experience, as all you are going to taste here, has been produced directly on the farm. Organic, tasty, homemade, simple. From June to September a swimming pool surrounded by olive groves will be available.
After lunch, it's a quick ride back to the starting point. Thank you for joining us!

Daniel was outstanding from music while you bike the countryside to great Italian life talk during our farm to table lunch a a private country villa plus a dip in a pool to cool off before biking again.
Daniele led us on a fantastic bike ride in the countryside. He explained where and what makes Umbria so special. We went to a local winery for tasting and lunch. A perfect day!!!
What an amazing day! Truly the highlight of our Italy trip for me! The weather was perfect, the scenery was breathtaking, and Daniele was an amazing guide! Lunch at Il Cerrato was also incredible. I can't recommend this experience enough!
We loved our day out on the e-bikes enjoying Umbrian small villages and farming areas with Daniele. It was a well planned day mainly taking small back roads and pathways which made it very enjoyable. The lunch experience at a family farm was a delight with all the food grown and cooked there. We enjoyed wines and food we have not experienced elsewhere in Italy. This was an excellent day out , Daniele was an excellent guide, with lots of information to share. We are not hard core riders this was excellent for us and the e bikes were easy to ha clean and made hills a piece of cake. The wine teas to g abd lunch were lovely, hosted by Francesco the winemaker, he told us all about his wines and was a very pleasant guy. All in all top class. Highly recommended.
This was a hilight in our wonderful trip to Umbria. Our guide Daniele is experienced, personable, and accommodating, and attentive to rider safety at all times. The ride has breathtaking views (Spello, Assisi, Montefalco), and the farm-to-table lunch is beyond all expectations.
