I've been to Ha Long Bay many times. There were more tourists than I've ever seen, which was unexpected in April, but it was still a relaxing awe inspiring experience. The tout guides were helpful and not too pushy but clear in their expectations so we didn't miss anything.

Our stay was an absolutely wonderful experience, made truly special by Robin and the entire crew. Robin’s exceptional butler service stood out from the very beginning—attentive, thoughtful, and always one step ahead in making sure we were comfortable and cared for. The surprise birthday celebration was beautifully arranged and incredibly touching, creating a memory we’ll always treasure. The breathtaking views and the amazing swimming pool made for the perfect setting to relax and unwind. We also thoroughly enjoyed the kayaking experience—thank you to the kind and helpful crew who made it both safe and fun. The cooking session was a lovely highlight, offering a hands-on and flavorful experience. A big thank you to the lunch and dinner teams for serving some of the tastiest seafood we’ve ever had! Your attention to flavor and presentation was impressive. We also deeply appreciate the thoughtful inclusion of delicious vegetarian options for my mother—it meant a lot to our family. A heartfelt thanks as well to the talented singers who added so much warmth and joy to the evenings with their wonderful performances. Thank you, Robin, and the entire team, for your outstanding hospitality. Every detail was handled with care, and it truly made our stay unforgettable.

The food, the activities, the facilities, the views and especially the service exceeded my expectations, 100% recommended, it is an experience that I would repeat without a doubt.

Not onli he speaks very gd English but also he’s diligently attended to everyone’s needs. Keep it up with your good work. GBU.

Halong Bay Cruise - 3Days included Meals and Pick up Halong Bay Tour Operator No Called, No Showed Waited an hour at the confirmed meetIng place and time but the tour operator never showed and would not reply to repeated attempts to contact them through the Trip Advisor app. Trip Advisor was responsive to my dispute and supporting documentation. Trip Advisors informed me they had been in contact with the operator but unsuccessful obtaining my refund. I am unable to proved the screenshots of the communications with the operator confirming their pickup time and location. As well as my request for an update on their pickup at 15 and then 40 minutes they were late as these violate review guidelines. The operator never provided an explanation, never offered a replacement tour, the operator has never attempted to contact me other than the night prior confirming our pickup time and location. Proceed with caution.

The vietnamese are very creative for coming up with something so authentic! I give 5 stars to this performance. Every tourist MUST visit this place. I really loved the Water Puppet Show. I had read mixed reports on TA so I wasn't expecting too much, but I was pleasantly surprised. It was wonderful.

If travelling with children then this is a great place to get them entertain and start off with Vietnamese culture. They begin with an excellent standard Vietnamese music show. Performers are great. They display numerous standard, religious and folklore sorts puppet which mirrors straight to the Vietnamese religion, traditions, along with neighbourhood life. Worth getting the translation so you can understand a little of the history.Highly recommend for those who want to discover more about Vietnamese culture.

for the price paid in advance (simply double) , the agency could send them to its guests' hotel or make them available earlier than the day of the show in the afternoon...
