We ahd a lovely time on our cruise. Highly recommend doing 2 nights and 3 days so you can spend time on Cat Ba island and see more of the scenery. We splurged and got a room with a balcony - highly recommended. The crew, especially Aki and John, were so helpful and genuinely friendly. They made the trip much more fun. The buffets were excellent. We would gave preferred Vietnamese food for the sit down dinners. Kayaking and swimming in different areas was wonderful. We even saw langiurs and dolphins! This trip is a must if you are in the area.
Overall trip was really good , staff was very cooperative. They made special food arrangements also for us Aki the guide / crew member was really helpful
Went in a family of 4. Had a great experience, a calm and relaxing time. Nothing felt rushed and there was enough time given for all activities and there was a diversity in the types of activities and the type of food too. The attention to detail during the dinner and the musical performance were exceptional. Would love to visit again. A special shoutout to John and Aki for being the sweetest and kindest people on the ship - helped us through everything and were always available for help. Very sweet and friendly.
Our transport from Ha Noi to marina for Ha Long Bay cruise on Friday morning and return Saturday morning. The travel guide Bruce Le is a pleasant personality, with good information about family life and local tourism accented with a bit of humor. Our driver Mr Quoc is reliable and skilled. Very good transport, all in all.
Bruce Lee is a very good guide. He takes care of us and everyone on the limousine bus very well.
It was a very nice experience full with different activities. The staff was amazing and very attentive. I would consider this a must when visiting Vietnam.
Great experience, really helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful boat, amazing room. Glass windows on two full walls on our room with a beautiful bathtub view too. Lots of activities: tour around ha long bay, kayaking, swimming, squid fishing. Food and kitchen staff are very amazing. Food exceeds expectations.
