They lie ! Never mention the tour was a walking tour forv450 dollars!! We were expecting a car for that kind of money with my wife being disability she couldn't walk ! They refused to refund the money stay away from this tour also viator refused to.help its customers!! Never again be careful
Hello Donald. Thank you for your review. This tour is a 4-hour tour, including a private guide, a private demonstration of Lyon silk, and tastings. As our description indicates, a large part of this tour takes place in the historic pedestrian center of the city. It is therefore logical not to be able to access it by car. On the other hand, we are not lying since it is never indicated anywhere that a vehicle is available, and that seems unimaginable at this price! Finally, our guide, who was there to meet you, explained this to you well, and offered you alternatives. All our partners were well booked and paid, as well as our guide, and we are not responsible for your desire not to make the planned visit.
