This was a great experience if you have limited time in Miami we saw so much and our guide was great.
It’s worth every penny. The tour guide Sonya was amazing as well as the driver Renee. She was very knowledgeable, personal and professional.
I loved Sonja the tour guide and Rene the driver. Sonja was very nice and informative. We had a small group which made it more enjoyable. Everyone was on point from the beginning to end. Loved it.
We are seasoned travelers and take excursions almost everywhere we go. This tour is in our top 5! Al, our guide, is fabulous and knows his city incredibly well. He had so much information to share it is impressive! The Sprinter van is comfortable and very clean. Side note: it has great air conditioning on hot Miami days. Al served drinks and snacks which helped keep everyone happy. I really liked the fact we had a good mix of driving around as well as time on our own walking. Lunch in Little Havana was wonderful and Al gave us all sorts of suggestions on places to eat and sites to walk to when we were on our own. Do this tour, you won’t regret it!
Best day ever! We saw so much of Miami in one day!! Our guide, Mimi, was fantastic and our driver was so smooth and easy on the busy roads. Really enjoyed seeing the different parts of Miami i.e., Little Havana, Wynwood, Coral Gables etc.
The meeting place was changed at 9am on the day. We had already left our hotel and did not receive the message until later that morning. The guide contacted us approximately 10:10 and redirected us to a new location 15/20 mos walk away
Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately, we do not have control of traffic detours nor do authorities contact us with anticipation when they close off street access due to the World Cup, 4th July Holiday. That was the reason for the change of meeting place, and it was changed to the closest accessible location not far away. The walk was more due to your husband’s need to use the restroom at that moment, and the vehicle did not have access to that area. Would have appreciated more feedback on the Tour Itself and the service experience. We due however encourage and appreciate all of our passenger's feedback. The next time the World Cup and 4th of July coincide on the same day we will definitely keep that in mind. Thanks once again.
Sonya was great guide. Driver was very safe. Enjoyed more than expected. Great 6 hours!
The entire tour was excellent and very professionally handled. The regular starting place was blocked due to the world cup and we messaged the new location the previous day. Mimi, our guide loves Miami and that made the tour more enjoyable. Worth every penny.
Very comprehensive tour of Miami - awesome to be about to spend time in the various parts of town and beach! Well planned musical tie-ins made it very lively. Alian was a super kind tour guide, very accomodating, had excellent recommendations, and thoughtful in helping celebrate my husband's bday with a delicious, freshly made cupcakes!! We loved our time in Miami Beach, Calle Ocho, Choral Gables, and on Fisher Island! The drive through Windwood was cool, Coconut Grove gave us new places to go back to, and the drive thru Star Island was interesting. Alian gave us a good overview of the history of Miami and we enjoyed learning about Julia Tuttle! He also had plenty of cold water bottles, snacks ready for us after vearious stops throughout the day! Highly recommend the VIP tour.
I had an amazing tour of Miami in June 2026! The guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the experience both fun and informative. We visited iconic spots like South Beach, Wynwood Walls, Little Havana, and enjoyed stunning views of the city skyline. The transportation was comfortable, everything ran on schedule, and there was plenty of time to take photos and explore. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to experience the best of Miami in a single day. Definitely a 5-star experience!
