What a great tour! Personalized, friendly, informative, outgoing!
Our guide, Luca, was excellent. We asked him to do the tour in Italian since we have been studying it for a while. He was most amenable to our request and gave us a very complete tour of the Upper City.
Our guide worked tirelessly in planning our custom tour of Bergamo with excellent communication. He unfortunately had to cancel due to car trouble, but, again, with excellent communication. It was unfortunate but Viator quickly processed our refund.

Excellent overview of the old city with Luca, a very knowledgeable guide
Such a lovely day trip from Verona by train. Our guide arranged to meet us at the train station and then we took the bus to the old town. All easy. Great restaurant recommendation too for lunch in the old prison. Delicious and great value for money.
The three-hour tour flew by. Our tour guide Sheyda told us a lot about the history of Bergamo, exciting, chronological and very personable. We can highly recommend both the tour and our guide. Looking back, we should have booked 4 hours to show us some sights even in the newer part of Bergamo (Bassa). It was wonderful - thank you Sheyda!
