We’ll wander through Bellagio’s picturesque alleys and elegant boutiques before continuing to Pescallo and Aureggio, passing lush gardens and noble villas. Our path leads to the colorful village of San Giovanni, then gently climbs into enchanting woods where nature embraces us. We’ll stop at a panoramic restaurant to enjoy a delicious Italian lunch with local wine — the perfect moment to relax and share stories with fellow travelers. The hike ends at the magnificent Villa Melzi Gardens, one of Bellagio’s most iconic landmarks. Stroll through the picturesque alleys of San Giovanni, a characteristic charming fishing village just south of Bellagio. At this point it’s a steep path up to "I mulini del Perlo", a suggestive hike through enchanted woods with spectacular views over the lake.
Take photos at this charming little village located south of Bellagio’s town centre with its small dock and examples of "Lucie", the traditional fishing boats with their characteristic ringed tops.
Stroll along the beautiful English gardens of Villa Melzi with its lush surrounding scenery. A true paradise for nature lovers.

- A fair amount of walking is involved. Please take note that during this tour we will ascend and descend the hilly townlands around Bellagio so make sure you are physically adapt and wear comfortable walking shoes.

- We highly recommend you bring a reusable bottle of water on this walking tour as we are on the way to reducing single plastic.

Hike and tour are amazing! Sabrina is knowledgable and customized the tour to our preferences. My husband and I had the best time hiking, seeing the sights, and eating at a local restaurant. Highly, highly recommend!

We did a really great walking tour/hike with a tasting with a beautiful view with this wonderful woman Elena - it was like hanging out with an old friend while walking and hiking for 5-6 hours and chatting over wine and cheese. Amazing day!
Great food, sightseeing and hiking. Lunch was amazing with the best lasagna I’ve ever had with a view overlooking Bellagio and the lake. Sabrina and Elena were an absolute delight with great energy and stories to make this a memorable and fun excursion.
We by coincident was lucky enough to get in touch with Elena for planning of our oval weekend in Bellagio. She has overperformed from the first time we got in touch. We have planned, back and forth, ended with a program where we met her today for a Bellagio walking tour . What a firework of a woman. She gave us such a personal experience, so authentic. And when one of us had to leave a day earlier than planned she did all she could to fix and schedule how to return to Malpenza- without getting any benefit herself. We will be back and for sure will use Elena’s Taste and Travel Italy again. Forever grateful for this experience!
I had amazing time meeting with Elena and her team … i’ve been in Italy for some months and this has been the best way to meet beautiful people, stay fit, explore Italy and learn about its culture a d history.
