It's a 4 -ish hour journey so I suggest that people would bring a book or two to pass the time or maybe remember to bring their power bank. I was able to finish one book . The seats are comfortable so I fell asleep like three times. They gave us snacks and drinks too. I chose the orange juice instead of the mineral water. Also, like the view when I stare while thinking about life. I think it is our third booking from Meto tours, it’s a great company, and Cathy helped us out, after booking confirmed very quick, and arranged the train tickets perfectly, driver picked us up very on time, it is comfortable and nice transfer from hotel to station 😘😘😘.
Cathy was our provider connection, the experience was really smooth thanks to her, without her it would had been really hard cause of the language barrier, she was aware of us from days before until I arrived to Shanghai, I had doubts and she answered right the way, honestly if you want to have a relaxing experience dont hesitate and get this activity!

I asked her to arrange a driver to pick me up when I got to the station. The driver was there to greet me. Even though he didn't speak much English Young introduced himself to me. Driver came in time but he cannot speak English. He dropped me at the Railway station and left. I have lots of problems to know the platform from where my train will depart for Shanghai. There was lots of language barriers. But staff was helpful and at last I managed to catch up my train. There was no food for vegetarians in the train.
Everything was perfect, the communication, the car that picked us up, the very nice and friendly guide? He helped us at all times, both for WhatsApp queries and accompanied us as much as possible to catch the train.
