An air-condition vehicle will take you directly to Mutianyu Great Wall, spend 1.5 hours to 2 hours to enjoy the great view, see the wall hovering on the mountain ridge like the giant dragon. Optional cable car and toboggan will add much fun for the Great Wall trip.
Relax admiring the scenic view at the Tiananmen Square, walk through the square and listen to the compelling commentary offered by your guide, learn about notable landmarks like the Chairman Mao Memorial and the Great Hall of the People.
Then, venture in to the Forbidden City and lent you absorb by the majesty of the Chinese imperial palace. Hear about the building functions as a political and ceremonial center, then delve into the intriguing exhibits of the Palace Museum to admire an epic collection of artwork that dates back to the Ming Dynasty. When the tour ends, we will transfer you back to the airport on time.

Departure Point: Beijing Capital Airport Terminal 3 / Terminal 2 at Starbucks Coffee in arrival hall or Your Hotel 1.If your flight landing at Beijing Airport Terminal 3. Get off the train at “T3 C”, follow the sign “Exit” you will see Exit “B“. Pass through the Exit “B”, there is a “STARBUCKS Coffee to the left at arrival floor. Your guide will hold your name and wait you there. 2.If your flight landing at Beijing Airport Terminal 2. Through the “CUSTOMS” you will see the “STARBUCKS COFFEE” right on the opposite side. If you're landing at Daxing airport, your tour guide will pick you up at the exit of the arrival hall.

Loved the flexibility of booking a layover tour with China Tours. Had a great time. Our guide Jenny was GREAT. Would absolutely do another one with this company!! It was a layover tour on our 3 week Thailand trip and my bf thinks it was the highlight of the ENTIRE trip!! Wish there was a higher rating to give this trip.
We had an 8-hour layover and I was a little nervous on timing but we made it back with even some time to spare. Jenny provides us with great instructions on meeting her at the airport and then a private driver took us right to the cable car to get to The Great Wall. You have to take out some money to pay for the cable car but we did that at an ATM at the airport. We spent about an hour at The Great Wall and then got to take a tobaggan down. Jenny was very sweet and made sure that we were seeing the best views of the wall and getting back in time for our flight. I would definitely recommend this if you have a long layover!

Paid $240 for the tour. The tour offers a guide who speaks English. Unfortunately this was not The case.

She got $2 tip from you, this tour excluding lunch because you didn't request for lunch, your tour guide and driver didn't stop for lunch as well. We saw the pictures of you sent by the tour guide. looked enjoyable. After you have enjoyed our service, your request for a refund directly by PayPal. Eventually you got a refund. This was the best single day layover tour I have ever done. Jenny my tour guide was amazing! She was knowledgeable and her english was perfect and easy to understand. Every detail was handled and my day was exactly as described. You will have the Great Wall to yourself early in the morning followed by a great day through Beijing. I opted for the Duck lunch and it was perfection. Can't wait to return to China soon!
OK you have never been to China before you have time to kill and want to see the great wall then these are the people to talk to. Jenny was amazing from start to finish. She sent me a plan how to get out the airport, met me with a smile and got me back again in time for my flight. My layover tour with my mom was fantastic, because of our tour guide Mai. She came on time to pick us up at the airport , helpful, patient (with my mom who is 84 year old ) very informative and always smiling made the difference. On our way through the Chinese capital, we contacted this Enterprise to get to know the great Chinese wall and the forbidden city, the Jenny guide, excellent, we were picked up at our hotel and taken to the great wall, then we were taken to the Forbidden City and as a plus, we went to the factories of Te, and silk, and finished in the Olympic complex .. an unforgettable day, super recommended.
the only way to take a layover tour and a great way to see the country within a very short time. The tour went beyond my expectations and the driver and guide were the very best with a wealth of knowledge, wonderful sense of humor and very friendly. Everything was taken care of and i felt very welcome in the country. Please don't change anything everything is perfect as it is.
