Awesome! Our tour guy Kerwin was great! Very professional and respectful guy. We had an amazing time.
It was a very good experience. Fortunately, we were placed with two other tourists, and the four of us traveled in a van, very comfortably, with an excellent guide.
Freddy was a spectacular Guide!! Since it wound up being just our family, he was so thoughtful to pick us up at the hotel. He offered, we didn't have to ask! He was very knowledgeable, kind and pleasant. He took us to all the places on the tour and made sure we saw anything additional we wanted to see. The weather was terrible all day and he had an umbrella for my daughter and I. He also took fabulous pictures of us at all the stops! We were very happy with the tour and especially his service!! Highly recommend.
You really do not know much about Barranquilla. You visit some monuments that are nearby and have a few minutes for photos, and that's it. The guide really does not explain much of anything about the places you visit, nor about the city. It is 95% by car and 5% activity. I would give it a 4 out of 10.

Contact the provider directly!! (contact number at the end of my review) I think that the tour coordinators are unaware of how the Viator platform works in detail, so it is likely that they will be unaware of your reservation if you do not write to them directly. Aside from the fact that I was contacting them on the same day at different numbers to resolve my reservation 20 minutes before departure, I recommend the experience. If you are lucky, the number of people who reserved will not be enough for them to take you by bus, and instead, you will go in a super comfortable private car. The tour is extremely quick by car and with few people, so by noon we had already completed all the points of interest. A very well guided tour, with professionalism and good treatment
Excellent attention, the guide Jaider super attentive. One of the companions of the tour got lost and was kind enough to wait and guide them. Excellent and recommended. At breakfast I recommend being named as a mid-morning snack as you will only be given a glass of some kind of drink and a cake or patty (small). Excellent lunch.
