Amazing! 10/10

Wowowow!! If you’re thinking of taking a cooking class in Bari this is the place, we had the best time cooking, mingling with the others and just having a great time with the chef and host. we definitely recommend it!

Amazing pasta +. tiramisu class!

This pasta and tiramisu class was amazing! The chef as well as our guide were so great, and made the class enjoyable for everybody. They were very accommodating, and made sure everyone was on the same page while making the food. The pasta tasted great, and the tiramisu was the best I’ve ever had! They also give the recipe at the end of the class, so that you are able to attempt to make it yourself. The class itself lasted about 3 hours, and we had a group of 15 total. I would definitely recommend this class!

Great experience! Chef...

Great experience! Chef Paula and son Marco made it our favorite day in Italy so far. Fun, friendly and amazingly delicious. We got to meet people from Germany, Bulgaria, New Zealand, Greece and The Netherlands. A wonderful experience and incredible value for the food and ezperience!

The chef was hilarious...

The chef was hilarious and the translator was so nice. You will learn to make tiramisu and two types of pasta which were fantastic. There was a few bottles of wine for the table while eating (which we didn't finish between about 20 of us) and limoncello to enjoy with the tiramisu at the end. Overall a very fun experience and would highly recommend!

Great afternoon learning to make pasta

We had a great afternoon learning how to make tagliatelle, filled pasta and tiramisu. It was very hands on and chef Paolo and translator Marco taught us with humour and patience. Would recommend!

An Apulian food fare

A wonderful culinary experience. Chef Paolo was an outstanding tutor, explaining each step clearly and generously sharing his knowledge, experience, and the little tips and tricks that transform good cooking into outstanding dishes. Francesco was equally exceptional. I would also like to express my sincere appreciation for the care and attention given to my food intolerance. From the moment I made the booking through to the actual class, both Francesco and Paolo ensured that my dietary needs were fully accommodated. They took the time to make suitable adjustments so that I could enjoy exactly the same experience as everyone else in the group, which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this experience.

Meh, needs improvement

Let me preference this by saying I am a New Yorker and we have high expectations sometimes. Honestly, this wasn’t the best. It has the potential to be so much more fun. I think they had some better music queue to different parts of the cooking class, it could make it more lively like when we’re making the dough or creating the tiramisu it felt really boring and kind of dull. There is a translator for the Chef, which his English is good, but his personality needs to be a bit better and more fun. It felt kind of strict if you’re looking for a lively cooking class where will you learn a little bit and have some fun. This is NOT for you.
