Ana was our tour guide. She was very nice. We were disappointed in the tour. The tour was not representative of Christmas in Barcelona. There was no agenda for the tour. We had sent ideas to the tour company in advance. The tour does say that transportation is not provided. However, if there had been an agenda or plan for the tour, we could have been prepared for transportation. It would have been nice to have everything planned in advance. At the beginning of the tour, it would be nice to know that we were taking an underground train and how to pay for the train. We would not take this tour again. It seemed like a waste of money and time.
Hi Kathy, We’re sorry to hear that the tour didn’t live up to your expectations. While it’s great to know that Ana was friendly and welcoming, we completely understand how frustrating it must have been without a clear agenda or better communication about transportation. Your feedback means a lot to us, and we’re taking it to heart as we work on improving our experiences—especially during special times like Christmas. We’d love another chance to plan your next adventure, ensuring you receive the 5-star experience you deserve. Warm regards, Ruslan and the City Unscripted team.
Incredible tour of Barcelona - it’s history, arts, customs and traditions. We were taken to see places of special interest , places we hadn’t heard of and places we had mentioned that we hadn’t found for ourselves. Our host Yana, managed to show us all this and share stories we will always remember and at the end took us to a great local tapas bar that we returned to twice during our stay. Highly highly recommend her.
