The E-bike was easier to work than I expected with zero experience besides biking as a child. We had taken a shuttle bus to some of the main attractions the day before but the experience was taken to a whole other level doing it via e-bike! Our guide Dillon was phenomenal, truly made the experience super Pleasant! He was extremely thoughtful and took use via routes I would not have known about as a tourist. Best part of our trip!
Our guide Dylan was great. He provided a lot of interesting information. The pace of the tour was perfect, not to fast or too slow. We saw several local attractions and beautiful lakes.
Amazing experience, loved the ebike tour. Josh, our guide was wonderful. This was the highlight of our trip to Banff. Highly recommend it!
Beautiful bike ride and our guide had great stories so we learned about the sights we were seeing - great way to see lakes and wildlife.
This was an amazing bike ride with an amazing tour guide. Emily was so personable and she was extremely concerned that we got the type of tour that we wanted. She graciously offered to take pictures of us along the way. From the review, I thought we were going to be driven to Lake Minnewanka and bike ride around the lake. I was pleasantly surprised to find we started at the train station and drove to the lake seeing sites along the way. Immersing yourself in the Canadian Rockies is an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this. The E bikes were easy to use and I felt safe the entire time!
Really great e bike tour of the surrounding hills and lakes of Banff. Kendra was our guide and did a great job. Many stops along the way to admire the natural beauty and some wildlife.
We enjoyed the ride despite the cloudy day! It is every bit of a four hour trip, but broken up well! Our guide, Emily, was really great and made the trip very enjoyable the whole way.
Brier was a fabulous guide. Knowledgeable, fun and careful to ensure we were safe and had a great time. We loved it! Excellent way to see different areas of Banff
My wife and I visited Banff in May of 2026. This experience was one of the highlights to our experience in the Canadian Rockies. Our guide, Josh from Birmingham, England was our guide and was a wealth of knowledge. The E-bike tour lasted over 2.5 hours and started at the train station on the outskirts of Banff which featured plenty of free parking. Stops along the way included panoramic vistas of the surrounding area including the Fairmont hotel and various overlooks and bodies of water along the way. It was simply breath taking. All along the way, Josh with speak of the areas history, wildlife etc. We highly recommend this experience for anyone wanting to visit the Banff area.
It was a fun, fabulous experience. I hadnt used an e-bike before but once I grasped it the adventure was a go. Uphills were overcome and loved the experience. Our tour guide Ken was warm, knowledgeable and a delight to be with. The weather held making it a plus for the 4 hr cycle and sight seeing. Thank you
