We had a deliciously...

We had a deliciously exquisite culinary tour at the Fairmont Banff Springs. Craft cocktails, wine pairings with delicious bites at 5 fabulous restaurants. The portions were generous at each spot and all extra delicious. Our guide Simmi, was extremely knowledgeable and welcoming and the chefs added extra perspective to the experience. We loved it and highly recommend to anyone visiting Banff. We learned a lot of history about the property as well and it’s a wonderful way to experience the castle if you aren’t staying there. 5 stars! Highly recommend!!!

Don’t miss this memorable, magical food tour!

Simmi and Nancy did an amazing job guiding us through “The Castle”, hosting our food tour and answering all of our questions. They made my family feel as welcome as if we were guests in their home. The food and drinks that we sampled were very elevated, unique and delicious. We especially loved hearing the chef describe their dishes and drinks (the non-alcoholic options were as good as the wines and spirits). The views from the castle are amazing and each restaurant we experienced was so special. Don’t miss this tour because it will certainly be something my family and I will talk about for years to come.

They love coming out to meet our guests. It's one of the few chances they get to meet the people they cook so passionately for. Thanks again and please visit our other Alberta Food Tours in Calgary, Canmore, and Edmonton too!

Amazing Food Tour!

This tour has to be on your to-do list if you like food and history. Simmi our tour guide was full of history on the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel. Some of the ball rooms in the old part of the hotel are unbelievable. The best part is the food and drinks. A chef from each restaurant presented each course. It was a great variety of foods all from the Alberta area. If you eat everything presented you won’t leave hungry. You can’t go wrong booking this tour.

Great food and history experience

The Eat the Castle food tour at the Fairmont Banff Springs was fantastic. Our guide, Amanda, gave great detailed insight to regional Alberta foods. We got to visit and eat a sampling of the hotel's restaurants and go behind the scenes to learn a little hotel history. Overall, it was worth going to this unique experience on our trip to Canmore, Banff, and Lake Louise.
