Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and airbnb's or any location that we can't reach: Cancun Meeting Point: in front of the lobby at Oasis Smart in Tulum Avenue Playa Del Carmen: Cocobongo at Playa Del Carmen Tulum: There is no pick up in any hotel or airbnb, the meeting point will be at Super Aki market main gate over in federal avenue The pick up time is set acording to your location, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as posible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service

- It's important to bring towels, bathing suit, change of clothes and biodegradable sunscreen
- The bus has 1 bathroom, you are only allowed to use number 1, you cannot use number 2 because the bathroom has ventilation connections to the entire bus and if you use number 2 the entire bus would smell bad, stops will be made at the places visited where you can use the bathroom

Bacalar is a beautiful place, we took the kayak tour very early in the morning, we paddled towards an area of "rapids" and also to the Cenote Azul, the sunrise photos are spectacular :)
Tour was excellent. Two days before they message that they were going to send the boarding pass and pick up time. The day of the activity they message me at the time of pick up to make sure I was in the bus. You get pick up in your hotel very early (5:00-5:30am). They were very puntual. After everyone is pick up in Cancun it makes a few more stops to pick up more people in Tulum, Puerto Morelos and Playa del Carmen. Stops are very fast. After everyone is pick up the first stop is in the cenote (arrive around 10:30) where you will have breakfast and swim. The breakfast options are below: • Fruits and yogurt • Egg with ham • Mexican eggs • Chilaquiles After breakfast and swim in the cenote you will be take to 2nd stop (beach club) where you can take picture in the clear water, relax and swim. This ticket include the use of kayak and some free time in bacalar. In the bus there are diferent groups with different packages. The other package was to take a boat where they take you to see a cenote and isla pajaros (just see not swim) and then they take you to swim after. This option could be added for $300 pesos per person but you were not going to be able to use the kayak. After the swim or kayak you go to have lunch. Where you can change clothe to get back to your hotel.
