Authentic Tuscan Pasta Class in a Local Home in Pistoia

Luisa made us feel at home in her place. She took the time to explain everything in detail. Also the rich history wasn’t left behind. The pasta course was easy to follow and great to do. After making the pasta, Luisa looked it with mascarpone and sausage while we enjoyed a great tasteful cold white wine. The pasta lunch was great, and next to the flavor you could taste the difference between the 3 kinds of pasta we made. Luisa’s pasta class was a lovely experience. She guided me through making different types of pasta from scratch and then turned our creations into a delicious vegetarian dish, which we then shared. Her warmth, patience, and clear explanations made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable, and her excellent English made everything easy to follow. What made the class even more memorable was the personal touch she brought to it. Luisa shared stories about her family, Pistoia, and Italian culture, which made me feel genuinely welcomed into her home. It went beyond just a cooking class and exceeded my expectations
