Itinerary
Hotel pickup takes place around 2 hours before the scheduled tour time. We provide a safe private transportation with an English-speaking driver in a comfortable car/minivan. The route from Krakow to Auschwitz takes 1.5 hours.
The driver will take you to the entrance and give you tickets. Then you will have a security check similar to the one at the airport. ID cards will also be checked. The tour takes place in a 30-person group with a local guide. Each participant receives headphones. The first part of the tour is Auschwitz 1 - it lasts about 2 hours. Then there will be a 15-minute break during which the driver will take you to the second part of the museum - Birkenau. You will spend about 1 hour here. After the tour, there are 2 options: -direct connection to Wieliczka -stop on the route to Wieliczka and a break for lunch
The driver will take you to the entrance and hand out tickets. Then you will join a group of 30 people and start the tour with an English-speaking guide. After the tour the driver will drive you back to the hotel.

Driver Max was amazing. Tour guide was more a translator, so someone was feeding her the information and it took more time alot of time wasted.
We really enjoyed this trip. Lucas took excellent care of us. We were promptly on time and sailed right in to all the entrances. One note - there is a street market with great shopping by the salt mine. I’m sure if you tell the tour operator at booking that you want to shop they could adjust your trip if you just ask. All in all we loved it and highly recommend

Auschwitz-birkenau tour was great experience, very well explained throughout the tour the guide was amazing! Our driver Patryk was very friendly and polite collected us from hotel on time and made sure we were in the right queues before the trip great communication from him also offered us lunch box prior to trip to avoid long queues and expenses. would definitely recommend booking through this company if you are looking to visit.

We DIDN'T get to go because they did not secure access tickets for us. Then didnt inform us til the day before. We booked 4 months in advance. This is bad business on the worst possible level. And im supposed to care about their apology....
