Your tour begins with picking you up from the specified address you choose. Time of pickup might change, it depend, from exact time of entrance to the Museum and order of hotel pickups. Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum is located 65 km from Kraków, in Oświęcim. The journey to The Museum will take about 1h 20 min. During the road our driver will explain to you everything about the tour, what it will look like step by step, and answer all your questions. Before your tour starts, you will have a 15-minute break for the toilet.
The first part of your tour is Auschwitz I, the former main concentration camp. You will learn everything about the beginnings of the concentration camp in this place, as well as about various things that happened there. The main part of the exhibition is located here.
After a short break, moved to Auschwitz II - Birkenau. this is the second part of the tour. It helps visualize the scale and size of everything that was happening there. In this part, the tour is more contemplative.
After all the sightseeing, you will have time without rush, time in the bookstore or cafe. then after the break, we will go back to Krakow. our driver will take you to any selected place in Krakow

So we booked this tour with booking.com in the uk before traveling to Krakow for a birthday weekend. Almost as soon as I’d paid these guys dropped a courtesy message to reaffirm our booking. Messages the day before to reassure us and let me change the pick up location. Our driver Daniel Vito (in his Vito) collected us this morning as agreed. Drove us safely to the camp and oversaw our booking in & meeting our guide. Daniel was very caring and knowledgeable, provided a lovely fresh packed lunch under a uk tenner too !!!! Absolutely cannot fault any of the services provided by this tour operator we had an absolutely fantastic time and I cannot recommend our driver Danielle highly enough. We honestly did have a wonderful wonderful day out thank you very much indeed.

Everything went very well. We had an excellent guide at the museum and also big thank you to our excellent driver, Jan, aswell. He was very friendly and and there were no issues.
A very well organised tour in terms of logistics. The driver Daniel was polite and helpful and the trip there and back was very comfortable. The tour at the camps was rather rushed with little time to reflect on what was being shown. I understand that it's busy and there's a lot to see but we would have been happy to add extra time to look at the information on the boards around the camp and spend more time on the exhibits. I felt we missed quite a bit of detail. Again, I acknowledge it's a difficult judgement call to determine what is going to interest every group and even every member of a group. It was good as a tour package but if you want more time and detail you may wish to do your own thing or find a tailored package.

Excellent and well organised tour. Efficient administration with good communication before the tour, punctual pick up, comfortable vehicle, small group and our guide Igor was friendly, knowledgeable and so very good at what he does.
Our driver Jan was very helpfull, friendly and professional. He told us step by step how the trip and visit is going to happen. We got information about exact picking time beforehand and everything went as agreed.
The trip to Auschwitz started earlier than planned but this did not cause an issue. It was probably better. Our driver Kacper arrived on time and pleasantly greeted us. After collecting the other passengers we were on our way. The journey took just over an hour. On arrival Kacper was very informative on where we had to go and where he would meet us after the tour. The tour itself was incredibly interesting and incredibly moving. It is very hard to explain what horrors happened there during the war. It is a must trip if you ever have the chance to go.
