Description
We will arrange for you the Auschwitz Tour (the trip included also visit Birkenau). An English speaking driver will pick you up from the Hotel between 06:00-10:00am. The way by bus from Krakow to Auschwitz takes about 1h20m drive. An average time of visit Auschwitz is about 2 hours, Birkenau about an 1h20m. Our English guided tour starts between 09:00-11:00am. We will book for you all tickets in advance. Our driver will be waiting for you at the museum parking. Average group is between 20-30 people at Auschwitz. Back to Krakow between 14:30-16:30pm.

- Please note, that the maximum size of backpacks or handbags brought into the Auschwitz Museum & Memorial can not exceed dimensions: 30x20x10cm.
- A maximum of 15 people per booking.
- A minimum of 2 people per booking is required.
- Two days before the tour we will send you exact pick up time from your location.
- Since now, for all bookings made for 2020 for Auschwitz-Birkenau tour, we need surname and name of every participant (the same as in their ID or PASSPORT). If we will not get it, we will not be able to buy entrance tickets to Auschwitz-Birkenau Museu.
- Please make sure to bring with you to the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum, ID or PASSPORT, because the guards will ask about it before enter. Without it, you will not be able to enter the museum.

A sobering and not to be forgotten experience
As sad as it was, it was a must do experience
The driver Daniel was efficient and prompt and friendly. I suppose my main frustration was that we were only told that it was a 6 am pick up the day before once we had paid and that we could not change it. The other thing was that the tour guide was a little disappointing. I had done the tour before and this tour was much shorter and much less detailed.
Great driver, Robert, picked us up at our hotel right on time. Gave a lot of good information on the drive. Tour was very interesting and informative. Would recommend to go learn some important history.
Booked pickup 09:30 due to arrival of familimembers 08:00 same day. 15 hours before pick ut time I recevied a confirmation of pickup 06:00 which obviously is impossible. I had a long and tiresome conversation on chat of change which was impossible. Asked for a cancel and refund and was granted by one person and then rejected by another. Now have an unsettled case pending. Total waste of time and very frustrating when planning a trip.
Well organized and interesting. Many groups on site at the same time but it did not feel crowded or stressed.
It was worth the price we paid, and it helped us learn more about history
The guided tour felt quite rushed. We paid for a time slot of 6-7 hours, and were returned home after 5-6 hours, which felt like we were cut short. However everything was very interesting. The pick up was very good and driver was very helpful and polite.
Well organised from the moment of pick up from our hotel. Our driver, Daniel, was helpful. The experience in the museum was extremely moving and thought provoking. Not a cheerful day at all but an important learning experience.
Would highly recommend this company if you’re looking to book a trip.booked through trip Advisor a few weeks in advanced got a message the day before from Bartek our driver to let us know what time we would get picked up and offering us price for packed lunch which we gladly accepted saved having to get things together the evening before we were picked up in a mini bus with another 6 people and were grouped together with another group of six once we arrived at Auschwitz Made all the difference being in a small group of people and beating the queue. Guide we had for Auschwitz-Birkenau tour was very good also
