Eugene was an exceptional guide. His knowledge of Auschwitz and Birkenau was remarkable, but what stood out most was the respect, compassion, and care with which he shared such difficult history. He presented the facts thoughtfully, answered questions with patience, and helped us understand not only what happened, but why it is so important that we continue to remember. His storytelling was powerful without ever feeling sensationalized. I highly recommend taking a tour with him.
Eugene was a great guide. Very knowledgeable and friendly.
Powerful and moving experience walking around the sites of such terribly cruel atrocities. Thank you to our guide Eugene for sharing his excellent knowledge. A place I shall never forget and where everyone should go to see the tragedy of war and hate.
Excellent guide Yurgy, knowledgeable and good pace. Really enjoyed. One minor problem is the lack of volume on headset for first part our even when turned up to max. Related more to guide not talking directly into mic some of the e times.
Our tour guide was Eugene and what a lovely gentleman he was! He could not have been more helpful with assistance for my grandma and was very accommodating. The actual tour itself was brilliant too! The guides were very knowledgeable and pleasant.
Matii was really helpful and explained everything super clearly. Pickup on time and just generally great !!
We had Eugene as guide and driver. He was very passionate about the past of Auschwitz and Birkenau. The 2nd tour was slightly shortened due to the heat protocol that day.

He is a good story-teller and he knew how to tell all the facts in the way that the story of this place will leave a lasting impression on you. In my opinion, everyone should at least once in a life visit this place to know how cruel could people be with other people.
