Pickup Locations & Times
Get picked up from your hotel on Lipanoi, Maenam, Bophut, Chaweng, Choengmon, Lamai, Tongkrut, and Talingngam near the main road. If you are staying on the hill, you must visit a nearby hotel or meeting point. The tour operator will confirm the exact pick-up time via email. Please don't forget to recheck your email. Please plan to meet your tour guide at your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after we have moved from your hotel.

- Child ticket age between 6-15 years and must be supervised by parents/guardians, and driving is not allowed.
- Drivers must be a minimum age of 16 years old. Passengers must be a minimum age 6 years old. For passengers, make a reservation by specifying a child ticket, and driving is not allowed.
- In order to use the zipline, the participants should be in good physical health and free of any limitations that could affect their safe use of the equipment.
- The trip is not recommended for a person with more than 110 kg. , pregnant women, a child under 6 years old, and people with a surgical history of less than 6 months or with hypertension, asthma, infectious diseases, diabetes, epilepsy, and any mental health condition
- Due to the nature of this activity, seniors aged 60+ are not recommended to participate
- Wear comfortable shoes. No flip-flops allowed. Sandals with a strap are allowed, and wear light clothing on the trip.
- This activity is not suitable for guests arriving by cruise ship or large boat.

Tim was amazing and very helpful with zip lining! Pickup to and from the hotel was very convenient. I was nervous to ATV but the guide was very patient and helpful. Definitely recommend this activity. The stairs between Ziplines can be tiresome though so be sure to stay hydrated ahead of time.

The staff was funny, supportive, and attentive to our safety and enjoyment We loved the experience. The view was not so great on the zip line but was nice on the atv
