Easy to find the pick up spot. This is my third or fourth time using them never had any issues. Communication has always been perfect. Always felt safe without any issues.
I’ll start with the positives. Our tour guide was amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. The organic tequila tasting after the ATV tour was also a highlight and something we really appreciated. That said, I was somewhat disappointed with the cenote. I’ve visited several in Mexico, and this one was noticeably less clean and clear in comparison. The ATV ride was also quite short, which added to the feeling that the overall experience didn’t match the price we paid. Additionally, when we booked the tour, it stated that the Mayan Land Use Tax was included. However, upon arrival, we were asked to pay an additional fee per person.
We did this tour (atv to jade cavern) with my 12 and 14 year old. It was a dusty bumpy ride but lots of fun. A chill out swim in the jade cavern was just what we needed. Transfers we all very slick and well organised. Safety is wild tours top priority while also enjoying the adrenaline adventure. Willie or guide was fun and full of information and kept it really fun. Thanks!
Gabriel was a great guide. We got to swim and ride off road. If you do it right you’ll end up muddy!
Booked the ATV and Jade Cavern excursion through a cruise line. Our ship arrived a little late and also at the same time as another larger cruise ship. Neither ship limited disembarkation to those with early excursions meet-up times. According to the port schedule that day, the combined passengers for the 2 ships were 8,977, and everyone got off at once creating a long line to get through security where they only had 3 drug dogs sniffing every bag. Even though I was in line on the ship to get off as soon as we were cleared, I got out of security about 10 minutes after the meet-up time on my ticket. Once out I was told the tour had already left, I asked which way they went and how long ago to try and catch up but the representative for the company refused to tell me, just repeated I had missed it and to go talk to the cruise line representative along with a couple others that also gotten through late. This excursion was scheduled to return about 2 hours prior to the ship leaving, so there should not have been any reason to rush, especially when the ship was late and everyone was stuck in security.
Nothing short of AMAZING! We were lucky that Wild tours recently renovated the ATV course, it was a really fun and scenic drive around the course. Our tour guide, Will, was super cool and chill. He took great care of us (as I was a bit nervous, he always looked back to ensure we were okay) and shared a bit of history about the culture and city. The ATVs were easy to drive, in great condition and you can go fairly fast if like the adrenaline. Overall, 10/10 experience - highly recommend
The ATV ride was such a wonderful experience! My wife and I rented a two seater and not only was the tour guide incredible but the scenery was fantastic!
It was easy to locate the booth coming off the ship. (Plus they sent a pic!) The travel time to the ATV site was about 25 minutes. Once there we encountered the friendliest staff!! Everything was explained by our guide Willie and he was amazing! It was my partner’s first time experience and Willie checked on him throughout the ride! I would definitely recommend this tour!! Thanks Willie for an awesome ride!
The tour was great for an even a solo traveler !!!!!and the guides were so funny and friendly so you guys don’t forget to tip
Worse experience was given another time to do it instead of the time I requested. Had to cancel my excursion because I wouldn’t had to time to do it starting at 12:30 instead of 10:30
