The ride was uneventful. The only issue I have is that directions for where the pick up is is not very clear. I have found this in Hawaii and Alaska
Our luggage was very late, and even with that calling them was not an issue. They were very prompt with the pick up and got us to our hotel with no problems!
VIP took good care of us by providing transportation for us from the airport to our hotel. The driver was courteous and efficient.
Please book with another provider. This was horrible. I called after I got my luggage. Was told where to meet. An hour and 15 minutes later I was picked up. When I called the person said that they were at the other terminal picking people up. Ok thought maybe 20-30 minutes if that. Not over an hour. Was totally unacceptable. It shouldn’t take that long to pickup 7 people at the other terminal.
They never showed to pick us up had to get an uber and tried calling no one would answer even sent messages and still 24 hours later no response.
Whenever Viator picks you up from the airport, they prioritize the airline crew, so you wait a long time. We waited about 50 minutes and saw vans pass by us without stopping
Had to wait for the pickup, called upon arrival, the person didn’t know where the pickup point was. Very disappointed, finally after a half hour a more informative person answered the phone. Best to call uber!
Our driver was very nice and gave us a few tips that we didn't know in advance! We had a bit of trouble meeting up but that was not the drivers fault but the fault of the airport. Our driver arrived as soon as we were able to connect Definitely recommend this shuttle!
Why do we book a transport with our flight info if that doesn’t matter? We had to wait about 45 minutes at the airport for our hotel transfer. It was very hot the entire ride. And we had to help load our own luggage because there wasn’t enough room
