We have not got transfer from Brussels Train station to Hotel in Brussels, No local driver contact us we been harraased we search for Driver no . and she refused to send driver we called several times and told her that its family. VERY POOR EXPERIENCE and need REFund for this booking. tahts why we cancelled Brussels hotel to train station transfer, now we manage at own.
I’m sorry you are unhappy with the experience, The driver followed procedure and was present at the agreed time and location. After waiting beyond the standard 15 minutes, driver left the location. 20 min later we received a calI and we sent the driver back to you . I’m sorry you are unhappy with the experience, but I truly believe the issue arose from a lack of awareness about the hotel’s proximity, rather than any shortcoming on our part. Regards, Laura
