This was a great tour, but our amazing guide, Yulian, really made our day. We thoroughly enjoyed him, his knowledge, enthusiasm, and fun personality. It has been the highlight of our trip!
Thank you very much for your kind words. We are delighted to know this experience became a highlight of your trip. Having a guide who brings enthusiasm, knowledge, and genuine passion to the day truly makes all the difference. Yulian will be very happy to hear your feedback. Our team takes great pride in creating engaging and memorable experiences for every guest. Thank you again for choosing to explore with us. We hope to welcome you back for another unforgettable adventure in the future.
We had an amazing walk along the trail crossing the many swinging bridges with Diego as our guide. Without him we would not have seen the many species of wildlife that he not only spotted for us, but told us all about each animal. I would highly recommend that anyone doing the trail go with an experienced guide.
Thank you very much for your recommendation. Experiencing the rainforest with a trained naturalist truly makes a difference, and we are glad you were able to appreciate the value of having a guide interpret the environment along the way. Diego will be very happy to hear your kind words. Our team takes great pride in helping guests connect more deeply with the ecosystem through careful observation and detailed explanations. We appreciate you choosing to explore with us and hope to welcome you back for another enriching experience in the future.
This was a 2 part tour, the first part was the Hanging Bridges which was good and the guide was good, the second part was at Paradise Springs where we were dropped off and told they would pick us up at 4:00pm, we checked out and the employee at the springs told us they called and would be 15 minutes late, 30 minutes later I was texting them and they did not respond, the employee called from her phone several times before they picked up which was now 4:45, they finally came but we had missed a dinner we were supposed to go to with family due to this, with no explanation, I would not recommend.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are glad to hear the first portion of your day met expectations. However, we are truly sorry for the delay during your pickup from the hot springs and for the inconvenience it caused, especially missing your dinner plans. We understand how frustrating that must have been. Punctuality and clear communication are extremely important to us, and this is not the standard of service we aim to provide. Your comments are being taken seriously and will be reviewed internally to understand what happened and ensure better coordination in the future. We sincerely apologize for the negative ending to what should have been a seamless experience. We appreciate your honest feedback, as it helps us improve.
This was a fantastic nature tour. Our guide Carlos was extremely knowledgeable of the plants and animals we encountered. He was able to hear the chirp of the poison arrow frog and then locate and photograph for us. The small group tour is well with the added cost as you are not rushed Alberto the bus driver was very good as well taking the curvy roads nice and slow since we had some folks who were sensitive to motion sickness. A fine snack of local fruits and drinks and chips awaited us at the end of our tour. Don’t miss out on this wonderful adventure.
This was a great experience and our guide Cyndi (Cynthia) was fantastic! She was super knowledgeable and fun. We saw so much wildlife and she spotted so many creatures we would’ve missed on our own. The park is so well maintained and we felt super safe. It was definitely a highlight of our trip.
We had an amazing experience at the Arenal Hanging Bridges with our guide Cindy. She was so well-versed in everything "jungle" and found so many hidden animals for uss to view and photograph with her help. We saw two venomous vipers, a Costa Rican turkey, tons of lizards and tarantulas, plus the ever elusive red/green poisonous frog. We would do this again without a second thought!! The bridges themselves were fun to cross with many opportunities for great pictures...
Wonderful tour. Our guide was friendly and very knowledgeable. We saw a wide variety of animals and plants. Well worth the money.
Our guide found lots of interesting animals and encouraged us to share the animals that we found and she answered lots of questions that we had about everything. The hanging bridges were really fun with great views!
Great tour. So many animals. We took our 5 year old with us. The guide was so patient and the walk was fine for her. Would recommend to anyone
An enjoyable day despite a downpour! Diego and Ronald, our guides could not have been more knowledgeable about the park’s wildlife and shared in our excitement when discovering monkeys, snakes and birds on the trail. A special treat was waiting for us at the end which was a nice surprise and much appreciated.
