I didn’t get to experience anything because I tried to cancel and customer service was not helpful in getting this done. I was not in New York for this event. I was trying to book for July 10th, 2026. Human error made and I just want to be refunded for this booking.
As a total museum lover, I absolutely loved here! Glad I booked online to skip the massive ticket lines. The exhibits are stunning, and it’s really educational for kids!
Highlight was the planetarium I paid extra to go for, no regrets. Many floors of differently themed exhibits. Really felt the vibe of NOTM here
Absolutely recommended during trip to New York! Great museum where you could spend infinite time. We did the highlights one afternoon, it was fantastic! It is recommended to buy the tickets in advance at the museum itself. Tickets via here mean that you still have to queue to have the tickets converted to a voucher.
The museum was amazing and on a Smithsonian level experience. The add on options are amazing and make it appealing no matter if you are a senior citizen or a child. Gift shops had large selections and were fair priced. I highly recommend and I’d come back to visit again.
Give your self plenty of time it’s worth it to just walk and look around there is a lot to see and it is very interesting.
Be prepared to spend 3-4 hours minimum if you want to try and take it all in. So much great things to see and a few nods to Night at the Museum made it really fun. Highly recommended!
The museum is a great opportunity to see and learn about the many exhibitions it provides. The staff was friendly and always eager to help us. We only did the general admission and it’s safe to say that we needed a good 3 hours to see from bottom to top.
Fantastic, to go more than once as it is very large. Well structured, interesting. The part of the dinosaurs is amazing.
We were really looking forward to the American Museum of Natural History, but it ended up being a big letdown for us. The exhibits felt old, dusty, and surprisingly dull. Nothing really drew us in, and the whole place just seemed tired and in need of a refresh. We only made it through one level before deciding to leave — it just wasn’t holding our interest at all. Maybe it’s better for people who love very traditional museum layouts, but for us it was boring and not worth the time.
