Dream Mall is a Handicapped parking NIGHTMARE

We went the day before Memorial day. The parking decks were full, denied entry in first lot, we noticed available handicap spots. Went around the block back to the 1st lot and were told to go to other entrance. At other entrance we were told the boss said not to let any more cars in. We explained we were sent there by the other attendant to access handicap parking. Attendant radioed the boss but didn't get a response. He mentioned that we could use the ride share pick up/drop off area, but he didn't know where it was located. We ended up parking 2 blocks away in the back lot. No ramps on the lot side of the street. My family had to lift my scooter off the curb into on coming traffic. Narrow sidewalk. 1/2 down encountered a fire hydrant with boards on the ground around it. Some of the boards were wet and rotting. It didn't look safe to drive my scooter over it, so once again my family lifted the scooter off the curb into on coming traffic. When we asked the attendant at the 1st lot why he didn't let us in, he stated it was too narrow for our Sprinter van, which was not true. We crossed 2 more intersections before getting to the mall entrance. If you are handicapped or disabled, pray that you get into the parking deck, otherwise get ready for a hazardous trek. Did I mention it was drizzling? Same issues when leaving at night going back to the parking lot. The grands enjoyed the water park, beautiful mall, but parking gets a D.

Terrible experience

I never received confirmation email from you all , this was my first time using app and i was not aware i needed to call you all to have ticket confirmation sent, the park closed as we waited for confirmation we never received until i reached out to viator customer service. Viator didn’t give me any help , they have not rescheduled our tickets or giving us a refund or anything, they actually told us to repurchase tickets that weee already $434 , this was for dream work water park, who as well was no help , they don’t have a live phone just automated ,i and from Georgia and traveled all the way here with 3 children, this was a terrible experience

Expensive and most areas were closed

My children are 7 & 5 and the entire kids section of the water park was closed. The only thing they could do was the wave pool and the tabogan ride. When I spoke to the manger, they said they don’t provide refunds. For a day that cost almost $400 for a family of 4, there wasn’t much for the kids to do so we were only able to stay for about 3 hours before getting bored. The burger shake was overpriced, the pineapple jam swim up bar was closed and the other bar was out of all beer and only serving alcoholic slushies. While the idea is great, they should ensure attractions are fully functional for guests to enjoy the experience.
