Itinerary
At the Janauary lake we will have lunch at a floating restaurant and walking on a suspended trail by the canopy of the trees and reach the lake with water lilies (during the months of end of august and mid December we can't reach this place due to the Amazonian dry season so we visit a different location also near the area but with no water lilies)
At the Catalão floating village we will discover one of the most unique ways our people live in floating houses in the middle of a lake. We'll stop at a fish farm to play with the famous Pirarucu fish (the biggest species of fish with scales in fresh water in the word). during the months of mid august and mid December we may not be able to reach this lake due to the Amazonian drought)
One of the most amazing phenomena when the two rivers with different colors and characteristics run side by side without mixing. We will stop to have some explanation on this phenomenon and take some pictures.
We will return to the marina passing by the outskirts of Manaus and see the industrial zone, the ports, the markets and much more.

Exceptional experience enhanced by super customer care. Experience the meeting of the waters, a tasty lunch, a floating village and a lake of water lilies and caiman crocodiles. Loved this experience.
Thank you so much Best regards, Milton Fernandes
Terrible experience. In the picture they show you a large boat with people wearing life jackets. In reality, this was a tiny boat, seating 3-4 passengers, no safety equipment and very unsafe. There were 3 of us in addition to the guide and operator, the river was especially turbulent that day and the water splashed us from all sides. It rained a bit and the boat did not even have a proper cover. They were supposed to take us for lunch to a floating restaurant but when we got there, hardly any food was left. Other tour groups had already eaten and were leaving. Very badly managed trip, total waste of money.
Hello there. I am really sorry to hear that. I’m not saying it was not our company but I’m really surprised that you are the first person to ever make this comment even though we operate this tour every single day for many years now and only have received positive feedback from our visitors. I’d love if you could reach out to me on the phone you surely have as a client sharing your reservation confirmation so I can check on our records and rest assured we will fully refund you because for us the most important is the satisfaction of our clients. Best regards Milton Fernandes
Very enjoyable outing. We first went to a floating restaurant for lunch buffet of arapaima cooked several ways and chicken. There was a great variety of side dishes so everyone could find something they would enjoy. Next to the restaurant was a boardwalk that led to a pond of giant water lilies. After lunch we took a side channel to see the community of floating houses, a school bus - which was a boat, as well as cattle being transported by boat. Then we went to a fish farm where we fed the arapaima. Next was the meeting of the waters, the Rio Negro and the Amazon. They run alongside each other for a very long way. Not only is the color of the rivers different but so is the temperature of the waters. Our guide was knowledgeable and spoke very good English.
Thank you so much for your feedback Milton Fernandes
