It took about 1.5 hrs from cruise port to the transfer boat pier. There were lots of people waiting. Each xfr boat takes only 6 pp so we waited for hrs (we went for mangrove tour/lunch while we waited). The ship excursion pp also had priority. After the xfr boat, we had to wait for the river boat. The river tour itself was less than 30 minutes. It was wonderful! We took the same xfr boat back to the xfr point but there were long line to wait to unload. We waited for a long while and finally the boat crew let us off at the beach right next to the xfr pier rather than waiting. Our driver speed us back to the ship with 5 minutes to spare. Both the driver and guide were very good and helpful. Without they quick thinking we would miss our return to ship.
