The Puerto Princesa city Subterreanean River National Park is a World Heritage Site inscribed by UNESCO on December 4, 1999. The Worlds Longest Navigable Underground River and Now one of the & Wonders of Nature. The primary tour destination PPUR has the worlds navigable Underground river with its spectacular rock stalactites and stalagmites formation that made it to be among the UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE and awarded as RAMSAR site. Tour inside the cave would cover the first kilometer of this 8.2 km underground river known to be the longest navigable in the world . Pls inform us the pick up location. With pick up in hotels within the city center, cruise ship port, airport. Pick up from out of town hotel incurs extra fee. Tours are subject to weather conditions.

Pickup Locations & Times
Please inform us the name of your hotel for pick up. If coming from a cruise ship pls inform us the time of the ships arrival. Pick up time starts at 7:30 to 8:15 am and is included if your hotel is within the city center of puerto princesa. If you are coming from the cruise ship port please email us the ship arrival details. Pls proceed outside the gate of the pier and our tourguide and driver will be there to pick up. If you are a group pls inform us so we can assign a vehicle for your group even if the booking is made separately or per person. Extra charge applies for pick up in out of town hotels. Hotels located in san rafael and other out of town hotel locations incurs per person extra pick up charge . Please inform us the name of your hotel for pick up at least a day before the tour.

Had a great time and very well organized. Offered to see other areas since we ran early. First ones in the cave, much more peaceful than the larger groups that showed up later.

An interesting experience. Just be prepared for a long drive as there will be no time to see anything else. Lunch was average and unnecessary but the canoe ride through the cave was worth it.
Good time in a small group tour (10) with our guide Anna. She took great care of us. Two boat rides a huge lunch buffet and a little shopping to end the tour. Puerto Princessa really welcomes the tourists, they are very gracious.
Mul, our tour guide was great! I had booked this for myself and 5 fellow cruise members. We met up easily with Mul once we got off the ship. He pointed out several landmarks to us and was quite informative. The underground river tour was amazing! The monkeys along the short walk were an added bonus. we even got to go to a nearby beach to swim for awhile. Lunch, though buffet style was very good! I highly recommend this trip!!!

It was true experience of a lifetime to go through and float on the longest underground river and one of natures seven wonders. Our tour guide was. Mul pronounced mall, he was very patient. He helped us carry. Our bag took her pictures. He made it an experience that we will never forget I want to thank him and viator for setting us up together All I can say is thank you for the bottom of my heart

We had an enjoyable day cruising the Underground River of Palawan. However, we would like to point out that there was a mis-communication between the tour company and our tour guide: our guide and driver were not aware of the fact that we booked a 10:00- am-private tour, so thay were waiting for us at the pier at 7:00 am when our ship was supposed to arrive. Fortunately, they were patient enough to wait there until we came around 9:50 am.

I’ve experienced better natural wonders, however it’s a great experience. The cave, beach and ocean trip are wonderful! We travelled independently, the need to Q at the government office in the city, then again for ticket check at the terminal, then again to pay, then again to buy a ferry ticket, then the wait for your private boat was disappointing. Be aware that your entrance fee doesn’t get you there!!! It’s a plus plus experience
This day trip was good but the it could be better if the tour operator had provided enough information prior to the trip. Things like what to bring, what to expect, extra options, extra costs... The driver was excellent driving very safe & easy. We were the only non Filipinos in this shared tour so the tour guide was speaking filipino/ flipinglish most of the time so we had listen carefully to figure out what is important information when she was switching to English.
Must do when come to PP. Cheaper day tour from PP but time consuming.We went individualy from Sabang
