I booked this tour since the high -speed train tours were on strike. This is NOT as described. The bus is older and has ZERO WiFi as listed. The tour says you will be getting 2 hrs at certain spots like Amalfi and that is not the case... right when we got on the bus they said the tour was behind and we would be limited to around 50 minutes... It is not worth it to take a bus 3 plus hours from Rome for under an hour in spots. The bus/guide should limit the rest stops and the delay of loading the bus to be able to make the earlier ferries and allow the guests to have more time at the stops. SAVE your money, I ended up leaving this tour and paying hundreds of dollars for a private driver to take us back to Rome from Amalfi because we wanted to stay more than 50 minutes and not ride on an older bus. Viator REFUSED to refund me my full amount, instead offered me 10% back... GOOGLE tours yourself and book direct... Viator does not back its tours even when you give them exact reasons for being upset (no wifi, no stops as described).
Incredible experience! Francesco is a 10/10 guide! The best! I would do it again 100%. Perfect timing for a thorough visit and everything was beautiful and perfectly organized.

It was fantastic and interesting, perhaps the stay in Amalfi was a little short. Positano is a beautiful town. Francesco (our tourist guide) and Domenico (our driver) treated us excellently. In addition, they were concerned at all times that everything went as planned.

We took the excursion from Rome to Amalfi and Positano with a boat trip, and it was a very productive day! The coast was beautiful, the atmosphere of its streets, the gastronomy, we were even able to take a little dip in the sea! Franchesco, our guide, was very attentive at all times, friendly and kind. Always looking out for his group. He helped us with everything, always with a smile. The coach was super comfortable! And the drivers, Tiziano and Alejandro, were super! Smooth driving. The trip from Rome is long, but we made several stops. We recommend this excursion without a doubt!
