Only pick up guests who choose the package Deluxe Cabin/Premium Cabin/Terrace Suite With Transfer. Our transfer has a fixed location for pick-up in the Hanoi Old Quarter Area only. If your current hotel location is not in our pick-up area so here are my options: 1. Please choose a new hotel location in the Old Quarter Area 2. If not possible, please catch a taxi from your location to our pick-up point at Ha Noi Opera House at 8:30 AM Kindly let me know your decision when you have the time.

It’s been a wonderful experience on this cruise. Had recommend it to anybody out there watching to have a wonderful look around how long bay at the people on this particular trip for your tinted, courteous, bright friendly and really really want you to please everybody is on the truck so thoroughly recommended. Best activity we did in Vietnam! The whole staff was outstanding, especially Finn, Hero, and Son. We ate extremely well, and all the activities on boat and outside the boat were fun and well organized! No one got sea sick thanks to our captain. Wish we spent more time there.

It honestly is hard to write enough to express how wonderful this trip has been. It's like a fantasy fairytale. Our cabin was magical. Our steward "Blue" couldn't do enough to make our trip comfortable. Also an honourable mention to "Finn" for the Tai Chi this morning. But I can't leave this review without saying something about the food. Simply superb! Overall, this is a superb experience and I highly recommend it!
