Enhance your experience by visiting the 9/11 Museum. We offer two upgrade options: either a skip-the-line ticket for a self-guided visit or a one-hour VIP guided tour through the collections of media, memorabilia, and more.

- Tour operates rain or shine. A large portion of this tour is outdoors, so please dress appropriately and be prepared for the weather. The tour may be rescheduled in the event of poor conditions; in the rare case of downpours or unreasonable weather, the tour will be canceled and you will be offered a refund. However, the One World Observatory and 9/11 Museum tickets cannot be rescheduled since they are date/time specific
- We offer two upgrades for the 9/11 Museum. You can either tour the exhibits with a guide or get a skip-the-line ticket to visit on your own. If you choose the ticket option, be sure to arrive during your timed entry window as the museum reserves the right to deny admission if you miss this. With both options, you can stay as long as you like after entering. There’s a security checkpoint, and all large bags must be checked.
- Freedom Tower policy: Tickets are only available for a specific date and time and cannot be used at any other time. The date will be the same date as the selected tour date. Typically, the entry time for the 10:30am tour is 2pm; the 1pm tour typically has an entry time of 4:30pm. The actual entry time may vary based on availability. In the case of no availability, you will be notified by the local tour operator to select another date, another tour, or a refund

James was our tour guide. He was very informative, fun to spend the day with. James made everything about 911 more understanding. James explained in detail why the towers are being built in a different spot & the meaning how the fountain was designed for the memorial.. James was a pleasure to meet. James does a fantastic job.
It is very educational ,to learn about the all history that took place & to actually see & be there where the 911 attack took place..

We couldn’t have asked for a better guide than Meghan! She was so knowledgeable, personable and considerate of keeping the guests comfortable on a warm August day. The time flew by as I learned things I did not know about that horrific day. And she did share stories bout individual heroes. Some survived. Some did not. While a sobering experience and reminder of what happened almost 25 yers ago, Meghan told the story of the day and shared the facts and many different perspectives. Highly recommend this tour!!
Awesome tour and even better tour guide! James was so good at balancing the needs and wants of the group all while providing the best tour possible! Excellent background on location specific details like The Oculus and St Paul's, he also highlighted so many powerful stories of bravery and community action and along with that he was so helpful in offering his expertise from the subway to off the beaten path gems. We were very pleased with the ease of everything, information and experience!
Ground zero experience was exceptional. Everything was right on time. Alice, your guide was very knowledgeable, thorough, pleasant - she couldn’t have been better. Explained things you’d never know walking around. We were all very pleased with the tour.

It was absolutely amazing. It is a bit pricy but I would pay the price again every time. When I seen 4.5 hours for a guided tour I was a bit hesitant but when you have Helene as a tour guide it made it go by quick and effortlessly.
