Interesting and good pictures afforded us on our visit. Our tour guide even broke out his own camera to show us the day Columbus's chest in his tomb was opened and how the bones of Columbus were matched 99% to his other descendants (his sons) who are all buried (in the Cathedral) after many changes of where the tomb was buried. Very KNOWLEDGEABLE guide of the history, culture and important sights to see. VERY EFFICIENT with the time provided as we toured the palace & cathedral. Thank you!!
Adriana was WONDERFUL! She, obviously, loves history and stories from the past. She shared he avid interest with us and made our tour excellent!
Lost our opportunity to see the Cathedral as Naturando failed procure tickets and/or reserve a spot for all the people who bought tickets and showed up at 10 am. Apologized and promised to refund the cathedral and Gerald’s portion but I’ll date nothing has been received. Unfortunately due to Naturando’s failed promise, the tickets were sold out for another 4/5 days and we were leaving. So we lost our chance to see the beautiful cathedral
Hello, We are very sorry about your experience, but we are not Naturanda. Best regards!
The visit to the cathedral was disappointing; however, the Alcazar is one of the most beautiful things I have seen, and Susana is an exceptional guide.
Rubbish company. All they're interested in is getting good reviews. No concern for the paying customer.
Although initially we initially had some confusion with the tour guide[s], the afternoon ended up much better than we anticipated. Due to some scheduling issues, we ended up with two different guides. The first tour was small and although the guide was professional and knowledgeable, she appeared at times distracted. The second guide saved the day, she was entertaining, humorous, knowledgeable and engaging. The second group was over 12 people and she herded us through the church like a pro. She shared her knowledge of the church through animation and stories, which I am sure all of us will now remember many of the pertinent facts due to how they were presented. Although the church itself is awe inspiring, 'Clara' made the afternoon tour more memorable!
We avoided an endless queue and our guide Suzanna is great and passionate. It was a wonderful moment to discover and understand this civilization.
Not much quality info shared inside Alcazar. It was being assumed that the entire story is already known and only some fun facts need to be added.
An amazing experience provided by Alejandro. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and kept the group interested.
Despite the bad weather the visit was very interesting and the guide very professional and humorous.
