Andrea was very professional and friendly. On time at airport pick up and drop off.He was very knowledgeable recommended a couple of must go places while in Jamaica. He let us make a couple stops along the way to our hotel no problems. Will definitely use this service again and recommend to others.
This was my first time using this service and I am very pleased with it. I booked the airport transfer less than 22 hours before my pickup time from the airport to the resort and I was amazed that Andre contacted me a few minutes after the arrival of my flight. The process in immigration took an unusual extended time and Andre assured me that they will be waiting for me. There hours after that ordeal through immigration, Joel, my driver picked my daughter and I and took us safely to the resort. Joel was amazing! He was honest, hospitable and an amazing driver. I’ll definitely use this company again!
Andrae is fantastic! He is so friendly, fun, and knowledgeable. Every time we visit Jamaica, we book our transfer with him. His vehicle is air conditioned and clean and he is a very safe driver! There is a free WiFi and drinks. We never used the hotel provided transportation because it often involves multiple stops and you arrive with a huge crowd at your hotel, slowing down your check in. Highly recommend using Road Travel Jamaica!
Andre was very professional and totally knowledgeable about the local events and do's & don't. He was able to advise us of what to expect and the best way to maximize our enjoyment. He went above and beyond to even help us secure additional private transportation for one of our journey needs.
