How long will my driver will wait for me at the hotel for my return to the airport? Please, if you have any issue at the moment of checking out or before leaving from you accommodation notify us right away. Your driver will wait 15 min starting from the booked pick-up time; if, we don’t receive any notification your driver will leave after the waiting time has passed. Do I need to confirm my pick-up for my return to the airport? Yes, you will be receiving a mail with the pick-up time for your return to the airport. You might reply as confirmed or if you like one-an-one attention you can also give us a call us. How do you assign the pick-up time for my return to the airport? The pick-up time is calculated based on the route time plus 2.5hrs. This guarantees a safe flight check-in. Upon arrival your driver will confirm your return flight info. He’ll notify you with the assigned pick-up time for your return to the airport. Once you’d agreed with the pick-up time we’ll send the agreement via e-mail.

Wonderful experience. Great trip to and from our destination. The trip from the airport with our name on the sign made us feel so welcome. The on time pickup and great conversation to the airport made our trip last a little longer.
When we got to vehicle was offered bottle of water, except the bottle had already been opened and used and had a hair around the cap. Was also offered Dos XX and that was fine because cans were not opened. Did not notice bad water container until we took it into the apartment but you would not notice it in the poor light of the van. Travellers beware.. Driver was prompt and easy to locate at airport pick up but in general was not friendly and did not say anything all the way to Puerto Morelos. For the price I would have expected someone who would chat us up like a tour guide. If we did not want that it is easy to ask him not to talk. Maybe his English language skills were poor. I had trouble with my phone and my translate app on my phone was not working so that did not help. When we got dropped off my wife gave him a gratuity but his expression was one of disgust. Maybe it was not large enough ! The drive to Puerto Morelos was good except for problems with driver otherwise the experence was good. Communication with office via what's app was excellent.
Very good service, they arrived on time for both transfers and follow up by message gives assurance that they show up on time.
