We had an amazing guide Lucy and she was so knowledgeable and so attentive, we learned a lot and had amazing food and views along the tour!
Very good informative tour of the food that is grown on the Island. I have learnt a lot about the island and its people. The lunch on the mountain Resturant was excellent all local ingredients and cooked fresh. Our tour guide answered all our questions and we both came home very satisfied with the day tour.
This was such an amazing, authentic experience that really allowed us to fully understand the island of Madeira, the people, and their overall lifestyles. Our tour guides were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, understanding and overall had such wonderfully upbeat moods and personalities. They answered every single question we had, and took their time to ask and make sure we were enjoying our experience throughout the tour. We loved seeing everything, especially since we know we wouldn’t have come across those places and activities on our own. Thank you Lucy and Bryan for a great experience!
Honest and personal stories from the tour guide. Visiting her family banana plantation was really interesting. You see a large part of the island and have an amazing lunch (best meal we had during our week stay!). The highlight for us was the dairy farm which was a unique experience in Madeira. We learnt so much about the island in just 1 day. Would definitely recommend.
Great experiece. We learned alot about farming and the life at Madeira. With just one other couple and a guide eager to tell us everything it was great. How they handle the bananas was the best part.
