Please wait in the hotel lobby 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. We pickup in the majority of hotels that have a designed tour pickup area. For residential area, boutique hotels,, airbnbs , downtown hotels or similar, we will assign a meeting point.

The ATV ride could be longer but otherwise really nice people and a great Cenote. You could even dive from the top of the Cenote down.
O had a wonderful time. Dino was the guy who pick me up and drop me off. Chicken was my group instructor. Everything was great. But they don't let u bring phone because they want you to pay for it from them. And just buy your own glass and bandana if not 30 dollars u will spend please bring a towel. Other then have fun
Carlos was my tour guide and he was hilarious!! He mad every activity a comedy show. ATV, Zip lining, swimming in a cenote, tequila course and tasting and lunch. The photographer is there snapping away while you laugh with your family and friends. Great memories.

First, they never received my reservation from Viator. Someone finally found a name that was nothing close to mine,, and stated "this is you. They just put the wring name" Then I was in contact with Viator because I purchased 4 single ATVs, which they confirmed. After verification, they agreed to allow. Byt then when it was time to ride the ATVs, we were given the wrong type. There were no clear instructions, a lot of confusion, never really knew who the guide was, there was a non- English speaking driver that picked us up, which was not what the details on the reservation indicated. After wandering around, we just fell in with a group. I am not certain where the mix-up was, but I rather pay the higher prices with concierge and get better service.
Such a fun and great experience From the cenote to the zip lining to atv riding in the mud. Our adventure guide, Diego, was great and the tequila tasting at the end was an authentic way to end the day. I highly recommend booking this awesome adventure when in Cancun, Mexico.
