IF COMING OFF THE BOAT PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: THIS IS THE DAY OF YOUR TOUR: PLEASE REMEMBER PICKUP IS AT 9-915, YOUR TOUR STARTS AT 10:00. We have 1 pickup time available at this time. Directions for pickup location: As you walk away from the cruise ship dock, you will make a LEFT turn on the main street (blvd. Costero). This is the general direction most tourist walk to go to the "Zona Touristica" You will cross a bridge and if you look across the street (the tallest building in Ensenada will be there) to the right of this (across the street) is a hotel called "Hotel Mision Santa Isabel" with Spanish architecture. You want to cross the street, and meet us on the sidewalk. Which is on the street in-between the tallest building & "Hotel Mision Santa Isabel." I will meet you at the stairsteps in front of the middle of the sidewalk. You can't miss it! These instructions will also be sent to you in the confirmation email.

Incredible experience! My group was full of inexperienced riders (including an 92 year-old) and our guide Alex took great care of all of us. The horses were calm and easy to ride. Transportation from and back to the cruise ship was a reasonable flat rate for the entire group. Crystal was communicative and super helpful throughout the entire process. This is one of the best off-ship experiences I have ever had.
This ride lasted a little over two hours that included two people and one guide named Alex .The horses were well behaved and lively during the ride on the beach that included slight splashing in the water. The cost of the ride was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company for your next horse riding adventure.
Our transportation never arrived and there was no number to call or way to get in touch with anyone. So we were out the $540 we paid, didn’t get to even go horseback riding and can’t get in touch with anyone to even discuss it
Our guide Alex was very nice and led a great ride through Ensenada. Crystal was very communicative and ensured we had a good time. We had ample time on our horses, and the beach ride was very fun!
The horses were lovely and the ride was nice. Alex is kind. I’d be sure to specify if you’d like Chrystal or Alex, as they speak English and Spanish, respectively. We went through farmland, towns, a lagoon, and the beach! It was a beautiful ride
The weather wasn't the best. The smog/fog in Ensenada wasn't ideal for horseback riding. After walking and meeting the person who was going to pick us up, I didn't feel comfortable. The car that was picking us up was very dirty. I understand they work at ranch, but a simple vacuum would have been appreciated. We arrived on time and was asked to wait for another couple that would be joining us. After 20 mins of waiting after our original leave time, we decided to cancel. The person picking us up did not speak English and relied on someone on the phone to communicate so everything was very confusing. I understand the no refund policy, however, it feels like a scam that made us want to leave and just collect our funds.

On the morning of your scheduled ride, you informed me that you wanted to cancel altogether due to the cold weather, which is outside of our control. I explained our no-refund cancellation policy at that time, as we require a 48-hour notice for cancellations, which was clearly stated when you booked. Additionally, our team had already prepared for your ride—the horses were saddled and ready to go—which is why we could not issue a refund. During our conversation, I offered to explain everything in English, but you assured me there was no need, as you understood perfectly. The person who picked you up also confirmed that communication was clear. At no point did you express feeling uncomfortable directly to me, and the decision to wait around was entirely your choice, as no one asked you to do so. Regarding the van, I understand that impressions can vary, but our priority is on ensuring the overall safety and quality of our services. Finally, I want to emphasize the importance of honesty in reviews. Our team was ready to provide the experience you booked, and we’ve worked hard to build a reputation reflected in many positive reviews. I regret that you feel dissatisfied and hope this clears up any misunderstandings.
