Please note that this is not an office address; a staff member will be standing outside the supermarket to exchange your voucher for the physical ticket.
- NOTE: For Accademia Gallery, children aged 0-5 years do not require a ticket. For children 6-17, Please bring a copy of your child's passport / ID card.

We got no information prior to our trip that our exclusive audio tour required our own headphones. My phone, and all newer iphones don’t have headphone jacks. No one in our party had headphones. Very disappointing and misleading.
Please double-check the product description before writing a public review here. We clearly state that guests must bring their own headphones for the audio guide. This is a third-party digital audio guide service, and headphones are not included. Guests need to use their own personal headset or earphones with their phone. You think we can provide Iphone head to every client?
The audio tour included with this tour was fabulous. I had the Rick Steve's audio tour, as well, which had about 10% as much information.
We enjoyed the museum, however, it was a rainy day in Florence and our guide was not at the meeting point. We waited there 20 minutes in the rain to present our voucher to exchange for tickets. We had purchased tickets to include audio. There was another gentleman from a different tour group who was kind enough to help us, and he got us into the museum. However, we had to pay extra for the audio. We did contact the office to say our guide was not there, we waited a bit longer and still a no-show.
A wonderful experience at the Accademia Gallery. The entry ticket process was very easy and well organized, and the exclusive audio guide app made the visit much more enjoyable. It was very helpful to understand the artworks better, especially Michelangelo’s David. Everything was smooth, professional, and convenient from start to finish. Highly recommended.
Skip-the-line worked exactly as promised. I walked straight in at my 1pm slot, no waiting around. The audio guide app is really well done, with clear narration and great background on each piece. You can pause and skip around at your own pace, which I much preferred over a fixed group tour. Easy booking, easy entry, fair price. Would definitely do it again. Highly recommended!
All experience was amazing. The museum is smaller than the Uffizi, so it allowed us to really enjoy the visit and see everything without feeling rushed. The ticket pick-up process was easy, smooth, and professional. I also received the audio guide instructions before the visit, which made everything much more convenient. Overall, a very pleasant and well-organized experience.
Redeeming the physical ticket at the collection point was super easy, and the audio guide instructions they sent us earlier on WhatsApp made everything straightforward. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole experience was a lot of fun. Highly recommend!
We bought this because the main tickets were sold out. It was a little difficult to find the representative, but he contacted us on WhatsApp and it helped. Overall great.
Difficult to find a representative, “house number” 115 does not exist, the representative had no sign. But well found good Service, piloted to the right entrance. But inside the museum incredibly many people, difficult to experience the art.
