We booked this tour thinking it would be a group tour, but it was only my husband and I in a car with a driver, who hardly spoke or understood any English. The concierge at our hotel was very helpful as they rang the company to find out whether anyone was coming, I think the tour operators had forgotten about us!!!! When finally the driver arrived an hour later than scheduled, there was no apologies from the tour company. We were taken to the places as described but felt that we were rushed. At the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, we were left to wander around ourselves. At the Heritage Village, we were there for less than 15 minutes as it was closing, so very rushed didn't get to see any demonstration of the culture. At the dates market we were taken to one shop and couldn't wander to any of the other vendors. The gold souk, well we didn't get to see this as it was shut by the time we got to the area. The driver offered to bring us back an hour later, but by that time, both of us had enough and just wanted to go back to our hotel. Badly organised tour.

As clearly stated in the description, this tour is led by a driver-guide — not a separate licensed guide. This format is ideal for efficiently managing time and visits across several landmarks. However, the driver cannot accompany guests inside all attractions, such as the Mosque, due to vehicle restrictions. For full internal guiding, a different tour type must be selected. Regarding the Heritage Village, there are no live demonstrations — it is an open-air museum that offers insight into traditional Emirati life. We always keep our groups small, and in your case, the minimum number of guests was met. Slight delays may occur due to city traffic, but the full tour was completed — and even exceeded the planned duration. We truly value guest satisfaction and are proud of the many positive reviews we receive. Aziz and great desert safari in Abu Dhabi November 2024 - friends Aziz of Desert safari. On Nov 1 2024 Evening we went for the desert safari and sand dune it was fabulous experience. We were absolutely happy with everything! Sadiq relyably picked us up at the airport, on time as planned. Spacious car (minivan) and good communication of the pick-up spot. He is also a very good guide, showed us eveything on the itinerary and took great pictures.

The program was excellent, Aziz was very friendly, he was pro in dune bashing. You can see and pet camels, and ride if you want to. The dinner was very delicious. But do not forget to bring a jacket for the evening. I would definately recommend, if you want a glimpse of the desert. Besides, the tour provides perfect opportunities for breathtaking photos.

You never showed up!!! We waited for 45 minutes. I call your number and was told to wait. You owe me a refund. We never got to see abu dabi thanks to you. you are a scam company.
The Sheikh Grand Mosque was spectacular. The Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental was okay. We were not taken to the Heritage Village or the, Dates Market. The driver’s knowledge sharing was very limited.

We had a driver rather than a tour guide. Drivers changed part way through. We were dropped off at the mosque and picked up again when we left the mosque. We looked around but did not receive any explanation of what we were seeing. The driver took us to the gold and fig markets and merely let us walk through without any background information. We expected an educational tour rather than a taxi ride. Very disappointing!

The Half Day City Tour (4 hrs) is a way to have an outside panoramic of the most important attractions of the City, To visit inside it shouldn't be possible, because the short time and the distance between one attraction and the other. To visit inside you should spend more time, but I know you were in transit in Abu Dhabi. Usually people book this tour to get their bearings in the city and then decide what to explore. Regarding the guide you tell us, he didn't give enough explanations, we thank you for the report, we are always happy to be able to improve, even if we usually know the guide you've had is very prepared and sociable. usually, if you see the other reviews, they compliment him because he cares about people. In fact, we understand that that day there was also another person with you who helped you, as you were tired of walking. I hope you can understand that to visit inside the Grand Mosque with a guide it would take at least a couple of hours and this would not allow you to see the other attractions.
