- The driver will be waiting at the exit gate, holding your name sign
- For arrival transfers, the driver will wait for you up to 1 hour from actual flight landing time. If you will be delayed, please call the local operator or the VooTours hotline to inform them of the delay
- If you cannot be reached after the waiting period has ended, it will be considered a 'no show'. The driver will leave and no refund will be issued
- Departure Transfers*
- For departure transfers, please be at the hotel lobby 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pick up time
- For departure transfers, the driver will wait for you up to 15 minutes from the scheduled pick up time. If you will be delayed, please call the local operator or the Vootours hotline to inform them of the delay

Hello, On 31 May, on one of my trips, I was on a 3-hour layover in Abu dhabi and had the misfortune to misplace my permit with ) inside a €10 bill. On my way back, on June 28th, with another stopover at this airport, I went to the lost and found office to see if anyone had handed them over. To my surprise, my license was indeed found and in order to recover it, I was asked to pay 40 dirham, the equivalent of 13 €. Not only did they not want to return my €10, saying that it was in a safe and that the colleague who had the key did not return until 8am and my flight was scheduled for 2am and also did not agree to make the exchange with my €10. I had to change my 13 € again to pay the 40 Dirham and I find it shameful to make us pay that it is our forgotten or lost documents and especially not to have even bothered to send it back to us when they had the address on my driver's license, because despite everything, it is part of the service of the airport because we already pay enough fees and taxes on top of our plane tickets!!! it is really theft and as for the airport of Abu dhabi, such a rich country is really petty!!!
Drivers were on time, friendly and helpful. Cars were comfortable and the journey to and from hotel and airport was enjoyable.

Bus services from abudhabi airport to dubai is available every hour operated by capital express @dhs.35.when i reached from Salalah airport on 19th april 2023,i travelled in this bus to dubai. It took one hour to reach Ibn batuta mall from where we need to take metro, taxi, intercity bus to reach the destination
We had two airport transfers from Abu Dhabi airport to Dubai by VooTours and we had a great experience on both. VooTours was also very responsive to my questions and answered emails within minutes. This was in stark contrast to other tour operators I was communicating with, whom I had to call several times and yet would not provide the info I needed, despite them saying multiple times that they would. My husband and I arrived early on the day of the transfer, while our sons were on a much later flight from Paris to Abu Dhabi. When VooTours sensed some concern on my part since our sons were arriving late and the transfer was about 90 minutes, they proactively told me that they will communicate with me as soon as the driver and our sons were together. This gave me peace of mind. My husband and I, and our sons, had the same driver -- Abdul. Abdul was very professional, pleasant, and a safe driver. We felt very safe on the 90-minute drive to Dubai. Abdul was also very knowledgeable and shared a lot of good information about Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and the UAE. Abdul certainly went above and beyond. We can highly recommend VooTours and Abdul.

Very convenient and collection/journey very smooth both ways. A little more expensive that local cabs but nice to know someone is waiting with your name board.
