Angkor Wat Sunrise Tour to Bayon, Ta Prohm and Banteay Srei

This was an awesome 1/2 day. Sorphorn was very knowledgeable and fun and a great photographer. Our driver was very lovely too. Highly reccommemed.

This was a great adventure in Siem Reap! I really enjoyed seeing all the temples with John. I reccomend him to anyone--his English is very good and clear, he has excellent communication on Whatsapp, and is very thoughtful and kind throughout the entire journey. He can also answer any specific question you have about the temples, artwork, Siem Reap, or Cambodia in general. John knows a lot about countries around the world too, and if you are from Mexico, USA, France, or anywhere around the world, he is extremely welcoming, knows about your country, and wants you to have a great experience. He is an awesome guide. He takes great pictures too and the ones on the review were mostly taken or suggested by him. (Note: I had so much fun I booked it again and did different temples, so some of the pictures here are beyond the three listed in the tour name.) Preparation: Getting up at 4am is a bit of a challenge, but it is a super beautiful opportunity especially if you are interested into photography. You will not be able to enter the main part of the temple until I believe about 6am, so be ready to sit and enjoy the sunrise. I would reccomend to bring bug spray, hat, sunscreen, snacks, and electrolyte mix for water if possible because Cambodia is HOT. You can also buy your temple pass in advance, and I recommend getting the one week or three day one because once you see a temple, you will want to see more. There are a lot of them too--Angkor Watt is only the beginning. I do think you miss out if you don't go to at least some of the others outside the major three on this tour. Once you book, you can send them a message and ask for more or an additional day if you want. You also need to dress modestly for temples, which is a great opportunity to buy some elephant pants and a Cambodia t-shirt! I would reccomend to also wear comfortable shoes and not book anything in the afternoon (from about 12-4pm) aside from this tour to give your time to rest from the heat. I booked this tour and then the Aspara Dinner Show in the evening, which was EXCELLENT. The lunch spot for the tour is very good too and inexpensive. Tour: I really enjoyed going to Angkor Watt at sunrise and the other temples. Mr. John was wonderful and I loved seeing the artwork, craftsmanship and beautiful architecture of all of the temples. I also liked that Mr.John explained all about the Tomb Raider film that has scenes from here. It was exactly what I was hoping to see and do when I booked my trip to Cambodia.

Our first trip to South-East Asia is the best highlight. We are a couple found Sam on trip advisor and booked him 2 days to tour around Angkor temples including sunrise and sunset and Kulen mountain, floating village was fantastic. Strongly recommended Sam to everyone.

Exceptional experience in Cambodia with Sam! Our tour guide, Sam, was absolutely wonderful and made our trip unforgettable! From the very beginning, he picked us up at the airport and took care of everything. He guided us through all the main temples with incredible knowledge, explaining the history in detail and answering every single question we had. Plus, he took so many beautiful photos of us! Sam truly goes above and beyond for his clients. At one point, we wanted to try some local food but realized we didn't have any local currency on us—he didn't hesitate to take money out of his own wallet to lend it to us, which was incredibly kind. He is an amazing person, super professional, and charges a very fair price. Communication was also perfect; Sam always replied promptly to all my WhatsApp messages and always found a solution for whatever we needed. I highly recommend Sam to anyone visiting Cambodia!

The two of us booked a driver and guide for a four day private tour. They went above and beyond to make our trip comfortable and a great experience. The guide Sorphoan is very experienced and had a deep knowledge of all the temple sites. The driver always had the van cooled and waiting with bottled water and cold towels.

Our 2 day tour of Angkor Wat was unforgettable from start to finish. Our guide, Sam, was so knowledgeable about Cambodian history and culture. He was also caring, and genuinely fun to be around. Sam didn’t just lead us, he made us feel like a group of friends on an ancient adventure! Highly recommend.

We had an absolutely amazing day touring with John our guide and Tha tha, our driver. John was a 20 year veteran guide, born and raised in Siem Reap and knew the entire history of his country. We visited 3 different temples and his knowledge, kindness and caring personality was incredible. Our driver, Tha tha made sure we were always cared for by providing an excellent vehicle, cold water and cold cloths.
