Meghan, tour guide was excellent in communicating details

The history of Twin Towers and the 9/11 memorial is important to our country for many reasons. It is a good reminder to help us remember the loss of so many lives… the Twin Towers, Pentagon, and Pennsylvania … by terrorist. This tour brings it together via the exhibits, artifacts, and grounds where we can honor and pay tributes. Gone, but never forgotten ❤️

Jim Quinn did well

Jim Quinn was extremely knowledgeable and relatable. Timely, with some light hearted comments as appropriate for such a tough and sad topic. It did rain briefly on us so he needs to remember to turn his speaker back on, but still a tour worthy of our time.
