Amazing tour of the 9/11 Memorial and surrounding area by a New Yorker that worked just a few blocks from WTC and was there on the day. He relayed the personalized story in a solemn yet not depressing manner. I would recommend this tour HIGHLY!
A very memorable experience, touching us deeply. It’s hard to believe it’s 25 years since 9/11 and the impacts that are still occurring. I would encourage everyone to undertake this to.
Excellent guided tour with Ross - he is incredibly knowledgeable and personable. He seems personally invested in assuring everyone maximizes the experience.
Tim Douglas was fantastic! So very passionate about the information he has to share. And fascinating pieces of information
I strongly recommend this tour. If your guide looks exactly like Bill Burr then you got the right one. Paul is very personable, funny, and knowledgeable. Keeps the crowd engaged no matter what your age is.
I am a travel advisor and have taken many tours throughout the US and actually all over the world. I can honestly say that this tour with Alice was quite likely my most favorite tour I’ve ever been on. It was very emotional, and it was something I will absolutely never forget. Everything about it was perfection. If you visit New York, this is something you must not skip. Also, Alice was the best guide I’ve ever interacted with!
James was amazing! Very knowledgeable and personable!
Sean our guide was exceptional. His knowledge of the days events brought the past to life. So much so, that it brought up emotions I thought I was past. Thank you Sean for making the day memorable
The day that we were scheduled there was a large downpour of rain. Severe thunderstorm. I am disabled and currently using a walker. I wanted to reschedule and the company refused. FYI folks: they do not respect or care about the disabled
Hi Patti, We're sorry you were unable to join the tour due to the storm. Based on our records, you only asked to cancel, not to reschedule. If you wanted to reschedule to a different day we would have been happy to do so at the cost of new museum and observatory tickets since those tickets were already purchased for that day. Thank you.
Jimmy was amazing. His story of personal experience on the day of the attacks was mesmerizing. He was clear and easy to understand, showed and explained things well and pointed out some less known memorials that were memorable. Highly recommended.
