Our staff wears VIPAC uniforms. Your guide will wait for you outside of customs; please use the left exit door. Our 24/7 operations department is monitoring your flight status for delays or cancellations.

- Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
- Suitable for all physical fitness levels
- Passport name, number, expiration date, and country of issuance are required at the time of booking for all participants. Failure to provide this information may result in your tour not being confirmed.
- You should book your flight from Lima to Cusco in the morning since the first tour in Cusco begins at 13:30 hrs.
- When booking, please provide the flight itinerary for both international and domestic flights.
- The itinerary begins in Lima and end in Cusco.
- Machu Picchu has implemented new visitor circuits, with three main routes with specific differences to distribute passengers in various areas. These changes are intended to improve the visitor experience and preserve the integrity of the archaeological site. The circuit with route 2 will be given as priority and if it is not available, the options of taking circuit 3B or circuit 1B will be informed so that you can confirm your decision before the tickets are issued.
- The admission ticket of Machu Picchu is NOT REFUNDABLE and date changes or amendments are NOT accepted. *If you need to change your visit date, you will need to purchase a new entrance ticket.

This tour of Peru (Lima, Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu) exceeded my expectations. Everything perfect, hotels, schedules, etc. One concern that I had as soon as we arrived in Lima was not to have found the plaque of my agency from here from Curitiba. I had to call the agency and request urgent solution to the problem that was resolved after some wait.... The agency's sign would have to be visible to everyone...
