5-Day Salkantay Trek to Machu Picchu + Vistadome Train

From their knowledge to their daily good mood, I wouldnt have enjoyed that much the trek. They always made sure I was integrated in the group and treated me like family. Thanks again!

The Salkantay Trek with Trexperience was incredible from start to finish. Our guides, Daniel and Jbalvin, were patient, attentive, and never once made me feel pressured, even though I was one of the slower hikers in the group. The whole team was fantastic, the food was great, and the organization was impressively smooth and efficient. I had the best time doing the 5 day Salkantay Trek! It was definitely hard, but not impossible. Daniel was the best guide, he was super knowledgeable about every random question I asked, fun to chat with, and always kept everyone’s spirits high! My group was also fantastic, everyone on the tour was so fun, friendly, and just cool people all around. As a solo traveler I wouldn’t recommend any other company to go through. Daniel and J Balbin (our guides) kept it authentic, fun, and definitely made it a once in a lifetime adventure! Also the food throughout the trek was great, I never had any stomach issues! Also transportation is included starting from your hotel/hostel all the way back to your hotel/hostel which made things worry free! Attitude over Altitude!!

We (my daughter and I) did the salkantay-trek of 5 days. The experience was unforgettable. The trek was very challanging but thanks to our guide Filio and Sergi the days became a hike in heaven: professional, dedicated to the wellbeing of everyone, positive minded and mostly a man with a big heart. We had such an amazing time with Trexperience. The hike is breathtaking and so fun but the tour guides Jose, Leonardo and Alex and all of the staff and chefs on the trip made it truly special. We felt so lucky to do this trip with them!

Filio is the best guide in the world. He always took care of everything and everyone and always made sure that everyone was doing well. And he always made us all laugh.

It was truly a highlight of my life. I booked it solo and was just winging it but it ended up being one of the best decisions I’ve made. The tour guides were amazing, the group was wonderful and everyday was unforgettable. Everyday the atmosphere in the group was so good and if you have the time you defenitely should try to do the 5 day trek. This is great for couples, families or even if you’re by yourself because you are goign to find some new best friends! P.S. if you have Filio or Sergi, they are amazing!

A great 5 days trekking with brilliant, friendly guides. A trip I won’t forget

It was an amazing experience with a teams very flexible, supportive and full of kindness. They made sure we had the best time and experience possible. The guide, Sebastian, followed our rythme and our way of travel and did everything to make sure we had the best moments. The cooking was amazing and local by the best chef Basilio and his assistant Porfidio. The all logstic and planification was on point and very well organized. We had horses the first days leaded by Luis, the very sympathic horseman who did a great job, always smiling. The campsite and facilities were very good and unique. Not just a team, a family.

The Salkantay Trek wouldn't have been the same without the amazing crew who accompanied us. Luis, our porter, provided outstanding service and was always attentive, making sure we were comfortable and well looked after, all while carrying out his demanding responsibilities. Vasilio, our chef, deserves an award for serving some of the best food we've had in Peru. Every meal was incredible. Porfidio, the assistant chef and porter, always had a smile on his face and was eager to help, making sure all of our needs were met. And finally, Sebastian was the most incredible guide we could have hoped for. He made the entire experience unforgettable, adapted everything to our needs, shared fascinating insights, genuinely cared about each of us, and brought endless energy and humor to every day. Thank you to the whole team for making this an unforgettable adventure. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!
