Important Information
- Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
- Public transportation options are available nearby
- Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
- Suitable for all physical fitness levels
- Important notice: This tour has been designed for guests staying in Cancun, Costa Mujeres, Puerto Morelos, and nearby areas in the northern part of Quintana Roo (as specified). If you are staying in Playa del Carmen, the Riviera Maya, or Tulum, which are located farther south, you may still book the experience. However, in that case, the Playa del Carmen stop cannot be included. This is because Playa del Carmen is the final visit of the itinerary before the tour returns to the northern area of the state. For travelers staying in the southern area, the transportation route must be handled differently and separately. For this reason, bookings from Playa del Carmen, Riviera Maya, or Tulum will follow a modified itinerary that includes Tulum, Cobá, the cenote, and lunch, without the Playa del Carmen visit. By booking from the southern area of Quintana Roo, you acknowledge and accept this route adjustment. You also understand that the omission of the Playa del Carmen stop does not qualify for compensation, partial refund, full refund, or any other type of reimbursement.
- Luggage may only be accepted if the assigned vehicle has available space and our team approves it beforehand. If you plan to travel with luggage, please check with us before the service so we can review the transportation assigned to your booking and let you know whether it can be accommodated. Please keep in mind that space cannot be promised in advance, and approval is not automatic.
- Beginning April 21, 2026, Mexican archaeological zones have restricted entry with backpacks and luggage as part of their security measures. For this reason, we suggest visiting the site with only the minimum items needed, ideally small personal belongings that can be carried in your pockets or in a compact bag. Certain necessary items may be allowed as exceptions, such as diaper bags, but final access decisions are made by the site’s security staff. Any belongings refused at the entrance by the archaeological site authorities remain outside our responsibility. However, for this tour, the transportation service offers the option to leave your items inside the vehicle while you complete the scheduled visits.
- During each stop, access to the transportation vehicle is only allowed at the official boarding time indicated by the guide or staff. Guests may not enter the vehicle early or stay inside while the rest of the group is away, since other travelers may have left personal items stored there during the visit. This measure is applied for security and to protect everyone’s belongings.

We loved how this tour combined culture, adventure, and relaxation. Tulum was beautiful, Coba felt more adventurous, and the cenote was absolutely amazing. Transportation was comfortable, and the timing at each stop felt just right.
Great way to see several amazing places in one trip. Tulum had incredible views and history, and biking around Coba was really fun. The cenote stop was my favorite part—crystal clear water and very relaxing. Playa del Carmen was a nice way to end the day.
It's a long day, but it's absolutely worth it because you get a little bit of everything in one trip. We really enjoyed this tour, Coba was impressive and the walk at the 5th Avenue in Playa del Carmen was a great bonus too. If you want to visit these spots without overplanning, this tour is a solid choice.
We traveled as a family and didn't think it would be such a great trip. They exceeded our expectations. You just enjoy it, they do the rest. 10/10, you have to try it.
It’s exciting being in an ancient city from los mayas and at the same time enjoying the blue of the sea. The information that the guide provided is precise and concise. I could take many photos with my friends.
Excruciating journey! This trip is really badly planned. The total duration was supposed to be 12 hours. We were almost 16 hours on excursion for only about 5 hours visit. We visited very beautiful places, but had no time to appreciate them. Be careful, in addition to charging you the travel expenses they charge 720 mxn pesos per person for admissions to the sites.... Visits were free for children under 13 years of age. This excursion is like a flight in broad daylight. This is the last time I use your services.
I loved the experience, the staff was very kind with my questions, always respectful and very punctual, I had a good experience. Everything is excellent.
I chose this package because all the places we would visit seemed attractive to me but I regretted it, we went very quickly and not all the attractions were well enjoyed, however I think that for those who go for a few days of vacation it is perfect.
We loved this experience, the walk was very pleasant, I suppose because the day was a little cloudy and with fresh air, we saw different places that I had never seen or imagined that were so amazing, without a doubt an experience that you have to live at least once like this
It was our second tour, the pick up was earlier, but everything was worth it, our guides were very attentive, we enjoyed the tour in the ruins of Tulum, and we visited a very emblematic small Mayan village, if you want to know Mayan history, this It is the correct tour.
