Well organised, fun and felt very safe. I am an ex-ride in the UK, and it fulfilled a bucket list wish - riding on Western saddle with loose reigns. Proper cowboy style. Beautiful countryside around Banff of course. Thank you Ashley and Madeline
Wonderful experience overall. The trail and views were beautiful. The tour guide was fantastic. Highly recommend.
Fabulous! This is a well run outfit. Friendly staff and amazing horses. Highly recommend. We did the BBQ dinner ride. It was a nice break to stop and eat, then ride back. Kids would have fun on this ride too. They had roping and horse shoe game set up. This was a great experience! Book it!
Had a wonderful time on our ride. We’ve taken several rides at different travel destinations, and this one exceeded them all! Amber was great. The views are breathtaking.
Very great experience. Highly recommended. The track is very challenging. Steep ascents and steep slopes on partly very narrow paths are to be mastered. It was great. Amber was great!
Ride was primarily among trees, with not much else to look at. Guide was quite personable. Trail was pretty rutted from exceptionally high summer rains.
The tour didn't answered our expectations. We have stayed in the trails among the woods and nowhere else ; not in the lowland nor to the top of the mountain (or close to). No horse trot or gallop. Unfortunately, it was too expansive for the experience we had. We did a bit of back and forth with our tour guide, she didn't seemed to know where to go on the trail at the end. At least, 2 stars because the horses seemed to be well treated.
We had a fabulous time with Danny this afternoon on our 4 hour ride. Our group was small, us (two adults and two teens) plus one other adult plus the Wrangler. The light rain made the forest more magical. The stable pick up point was very close to the Banff Springs Hotel bus stop. Instructions were simple and typical, and we were off. We saw two young grizzlies while on the ride. Pit stopped by the river, and ate the snacks/juice provided in our saddle bags. I was sore by the end of the ride, but it didn't feel too long at all! The area is beautiful and this is a fantastic way to see its beauty and get away from the crowds.
what an amazing and unexpected experience! The horses are in a very good shape, well educated and did such a great job, as well as our guide Abby.
Fabulous experience. Lovely sure footed horses, I felt very safe. Comfortable saddles of course!. The 4hr ride was very hilly in parts. Glad I'm an experienced rider as it was easy for me but I think a non rider would struggle. The staff made it easy and safe, very enjoyable.
